Tamil superstar Vijay has contributed a whopping sum of Rs 1.30 crore for Covid-19 relief effort. The actor has ensured to offer financial assistance to various state governments as well as the film industry workers. The split up of the donated amount goes as given below:
Prime Minister Relief Fund: Rs 25 lakhs
Tamil Nadu Chief Minister Relief Fund: Rs 50 lakhs
Kerala Chief Minister Relief Fund: Rs 10 lakhs
Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Relief Fund: Rs 5 lakhs
Karnataka Chief Minister Relief Fund: Rs 5 lakhs
Telangana Chief Minister Relief Fund: Rs 5 lakhs
Puducherry Chief Minister Relief Fund: Rs 5 lakhs
FEFSI: Rs 25 lakhs
