Virat Kohli and Anushka Sharma blessed with a baby girl
Indian cricketer Virat Kohli and actress Anushka Sharma have been blessed with a baby girl. The proud dad took to his social media handle to inform that both the baby and mother are doing fine. He also requested the media and fans to respect their privacy.
Virat Kohli has written,
We are thrilled to share with you that we have been blessed with a baby girl this afternoon. We thank you all for your love, prayers and good wishes. Anushka and the baby are both healthy and we are feeling beyond blessed to start this new chapter of our lives. We hope that you can respect our privacy at this time.

Virat Kohli Kohli started dating Anushka Sharma in 2013. Their relationship attracted widespread media attention, with persistent rumours and speculations in the media, as neither of the two publicly talked about it. The couple finally got married on 11 December 2017 in a private ceremony in Florence, Italy.
Virat is currently on paternity leave. He captained the Indian cricket team in the recently concluded ODI and T20 series in Australia. After the first test, the BCCI granted him to return back to India to be with Anushka and welcome their newborn.
