Adakachakko: Prithviraj and Biju Menon sing together for Ayyappanum Koshiyum
‘Ayyappanum Koshiyum’ is all set to hit screens tomorrow (February 7). The film written and directed by Sachi has Biju Menon and Prithviraj Sukumaran in the lead roles. With just hours for the film’s release, the makers have shared a new promo song online. The track titled ‘Adakachakko’ is sung by the two lead actors – Biju Menon and Prithviraj. BK Harinarayanan has penned the lyrics and Jakes Bejoy had composed the song. Superstar Mohanlal shared the song through his official Facebook page.
‘Ayyappanum Koshiyum’ is the story of two individuals – Ayyappan Nair, a soon-to-retire policeman and Koshy Kurian, a retired havildar. It is centred around a conflict between the two over a legal issue. Biju Menon plays Ayappan Nair and Prithviraj essays the part of Koshy Kurian. Veteran director Ranjith, Anna Reshma Rajan, Siddique, Anu Mohan, Sabumon Abdusamad, Anil Nedumangad, Shaju Sreedhar and many others are part of the supporting cast.
Sudeep Elamon of ‘Pathinettam Padi’ and ‘Finals’ fame is the cinematographer and Jakes Bejoy is the music director. The film is produced by Ranjith and PM Sasidharan under the banner of Gold Coin Motion Picture Company.
