Jayaram to play a prominent role in Allu Arjun’s next
Jayaram is one mainstream Malayalam actor who has consistently been doing other language films. Though he has mostly been part of Tamil films, he has starred in few Telugu flicks as well. He was last seen in Telugu in the Anushka Shetty starrer ‘Bhaagamathi’, in which he played the villain role. As per latest reports, Jayaram has been cast in the upcoming Allu Arjun film directed by Trivikram Srinivas.
Allu Arjun has previously worked with director Trivikram in ‘S/O Satyamurthy’ and ‘Julai’ (‘Gajapokkiri’ in Malayalam). Both the films were big hits at the box office. So naturally expectations are high for the actor-director duo’s new film. Though nature of Jayaram’s role is not yet known, it is said to be a very prominent one. More details are expected to be officially announced shortly.
Jayaram is currently awaiting the release of ‘My Great Grand Father’, directed by Aneesh Anwar. He also has a couple of other films, ‘Marconi Mathai’ and ‘Pattabhiraman’, in various stages of making.
