1971 Beyond Borders director Major Ravi urges fans to compel theatre authorities for fans show
Mohanlal’s second release of the year, 1971 Beyond Borders, directed by Major Ravi is all set to hit screens on April 7. Telugu Telugu version of the movie, titled as 1971 Baratha Sarihaddu is also releasing on the same day.
The movie is eagerly awaited by Mohanlal fans after the remarkable trailer that featured some stunning visuals from the war front. 1971 Beyond Borders is based on the 1971 Indo-Pak. It is the fourth movie in the Major Mahadevan franchise and Mohanlal is playing a dual role in the movie, as Mahadevan and his father Sahadevan.
Mohanlal fans have already started their promotional activities. Recently, director of the movie Major Ravi, in his Facebook post had urged the fans to compel theatre authorities for special fans shows. Sources inform us that Mohanlal fans are trying to organize a record number of fans show for the movie in the State.
An increase in the number of special shows will ensure a massive opening for the movie. Recently, Mammootty’s The Great Father broke Pulimurugan’s opening day record. So, Mohanlal fans will be itching to regain the top spot.
1971 Beyond Borders has a huge star cast. Telugu actor Allu Sirish, Arunoday Singh, Srushti Dange, Priyanka Agarwal and Zoya Zayed Khan, Sudheer Karamana, Renji Panicker, Saiju Kurup, Krishnakumar, Devan and many other actors will be seen in supporting roles.
Sujith Vassudev has handled the cinematography. Songs in the movie are composed by three music directors— Najim Arshad, Siddharth Vipin, and Rahul Subramanian. Background score is handled by Gopi Sunder.
This big budget movie is produced by Haneef Mohammed under the banner Red Rose Creations.
