Mammootty-Shyam Dhar movie’s title is not Lalitham Sundaram
Post production works for Mammootty’s upcoming movie with 7th Day fame Shyam Dhar is progressing at a brisk pace. In the meanwhile, some online portals had reported that the movie has been titled as Lalitham Sundaram. However, the director has vehemently denied it. We hear that the makers have zeroed in on a title and they will be revealing it along with the first look poster within a week.
Mammootty is playing the role of an Idukki native in the movie. His character Rajakumaran, is an instructor in a teacher training institute. He is an Idukki native who comes to Kochi as a teacher’s trainer. He is a very jovial person who considers every student of his as a child. His students love his lectures as he connects and explains everything with an interesting anecdote. He is a fabulous story teller and the film will reveal the reasons for the same.
The core plot of the movie is centred around the events happening after he joins a government institute in Kochi. Nee-na fame Deepti Sati and Asha Sarath are playing the female leads.
The latter is also playing the role of a teacher in this movie. Innocent, Dileesh Pothen, Hareesh Perumanna and Sohan Seenulal are also part of the cast.
The movie is written by newbie Ratheesh Ravi. Vinod Ilampally has cranked the camera while M Jayachandran is composing the songs for this movie. B Rakesh is producing this movie under the banner of Universal Cinemas. The movie is slated to hit screens for this year’s Onam season.
