Miya George reveals that it was Prithviraj who suggested her in Driving Licence
Prithviraj-Suraj Venjaramoodu starrer ‘Driving Licence’ continues to do well at all the centres. The film that got released on December 20 has emerged as a clear winner at the Kerala box office. Jean Paul Lal has directed the film and is scripted by Sachy. Critics as well as the common audience have rated it as a clean entertainer.
Though ‘Driving Licence’ is primarily centred around the two male stars – Suraj Venjaramoodu and Prithviraj – actress Miya George has also made a mark for herself. The film has her playing the role of Suraj’s wife. Hers is a hilarious character who blurts out funny one liners. It is a kind of caricaturish role that not many expected from Miya. But the actress has performed it extremely well and has been getting due appreciation.
Miya, who is thrilled about the response, has revealed that it was Prithviraj who suggested her for the role. It must be noted that the two have worked together in films like ‘Paavada’, ‘Anarkali’, ‘Memories’ and ‘Brother’s Day’.
