Jaya Jaya Jaya Jayahe fame Vipin Das will join hands with Vijay Sethupathi and Kangana Ranaut for his next.
Vipin Das, who rose to fame in Mollywood with the sensational superhit Jaya Jaya Jaya Jayahe last year, is all set to make his Kollywood debut. As per the latest report, Vipin Das will be making a Tamil film that will have Vijay Sethupathi and Bollywood heroine Kangana Ranaut in lead roles. The film will be bankrolled by Ahimsa Entertainment and Trident Arts together.
The pre-production of this film is in full swing, and the official announcement of the film is expected in the near future. We are not sure whether it will be the Tamil remake of Jaya Jaya Jaya Jayahe or not. Vipin is also making his Bollywood debut with the Hindi remake of the same.
Vipin made his debut as a director with the romantic comedy Mudhugauv, starring Gokul Suresh, in 2016. After that, he made an investigation thriller named Antakshari in 2022 with Saiju Kuruppu in the lead, which garnered great appreciation. It was a direct OTT release through the SonyLiv platform.
Jaya Jaya Jaya Jayahe, starring Basil Joseph and Darshana Rajendran in the lead, was a movie that got both critical and commercial appreciation from all over. Vipin Das is also busy with his new Malayalam project, Guruvayoor Amabalanadayil, starring Prithviraj Sukumaran and Basil Joseph. The filming of this movie is now suspended for a while as Prithviraj is recovering from a ligament surgery he had recently.
