Malayalam cinema legends Mohanlal and Mammootty have reunited after two decades for an untitled film helmed by acclaimed director Mahesh Narayanan. The highly anticipated project began shooting in Sri Lanka on November 19, 2024. The film, scripted by Mahesh Narayanan himself, boasts an ensemble cast featuring Nayanthara, Fahadh Faasil, Kunchacko Boban, Renji Panicker, Rajeev Menon, Danish Hussain, Shaheen Siddique, Darshana Rajendran, and veteran actor Prakash Belawadi.

Mohanlal had arrived in Sri Lanka earlier, while Mammootty and Kunchacko Boban joined the team recently, officially kickstarting the 150-day filming schedule. The movie will be shot across exotic locations, including Abu Dhabi, Delhi, Kochi, Hyderabad, and Thailand, promising a grand visual experience. Cinematography by Manush Nandan, known for Dunki, further elevates expectations.

Distributed by ANN Mega Media, the film marks the first collaboration between the megastars and Mahesh Narayanan, making it a milestone in Malayalam cinema. With Nayanthara on board, the project is set to appeal to Tamil and Bollywood audiences as well. This cinematic extravaganza rekindles the magic of Mohanlal and Mammootty, last seen together in Twenty-20 and Christian Brothers, making it a historic reunion for fans.
