Madhura Raja crosses 30 crore mark in just four days
Mammootty starrer ‘Madhura Raja’ continues to set the cash registers ringing. According to thr makers, the movie has grossed Rs 32.40 crores from its first four days of theatrical run. Earlier on the opening day itself, the movie had earned Rs 9 crores. Even during working days, theatres are having good occupancy with special shows added in a few centres to accommodate the crowd.
‘Madhura Raja’ delivered exactly what it promised – an out and out mass entertainer for the festival season. It is exactly the kind of film that the audience love to watch and enjoy during this holiday period. Apart from doing excellent business in Kerala, the movie is also doing well in overseas centres, particularly in UAE.
‘Madhura Raja’ directed by Vyskah and scripted by Udhayakrishna is the spiritual successor to the 2009 superhit film ‘Pokkiriraja’. The movie also stars Jai, Mahima Nambiar, Anna Reshma, Shamna Kasim, Jagapathi Babu, Siddique, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Salim Kumar, Vijayaraghavan and Nedumudi Venu in supporting roles.
