Aashiq Abu and Sidharth Bharathan warns film aspirants to stay away from Lucsam Sadanandan

Earlier in the day we had reported about Rathesh Krishnan, a techie and a small time actor, making strong accusations against producer Sadanandan Rangorath of Lucsam Creations. Rathesh in his Facebook post had written in detail about how Sadanandan trapped and cheated him in the pretext of offering him opportunities in movies.

Sadanandan owns the production house Lucsam Creations and has produced two movies in Malayalam- Aashiq Abu’s Salt n Pepper and Sidharth Bharathan’s Nidra. The former won him a Kerala State Film Award for Best Popular Film with Aesthetic value.

Rathesh Krishnan’s Facebook post has been trending virally in social medias. It has caught the attention of several celebrities and media personalities. Directors Aashiq Abu and Sidharth Bharathan have come out in support of Rathesh by sharing his post and warned film aspirants to stay away from Sadanandan.

Aashiq Abu, who directed Salt n Pepper has written that he had learnt about Sadanandan’s cheating practices and warned people about him. Sidharth Bharathan, whose debut directorial Nidra was produced by Sadanandan has also reiterated the same. Along with sharing Rathesh Krishnan’s post, Sidharth has written,

It’s absolutely true..this Sadanandan fellow cheats..I didn’t wanna say anything against my first producer..but when this producer guy is repeatedly cheating people like a perpetual offender I must act against it..n this is one way..as in, he is a proper cheat by default n then became my producer..n like #ratheshkrishnan says even I learnt it too late into the movie…beware of him film lovers n film aspirants

Rathesh Krishnan has filed a police complaint against Sadanandan Rangorath of Lucsam Creations for cheating over Rs 4 lakhs from him on the pretext of starting a new venture for in-film branding.

In his Facebook page, Rathesh has attached Sadanandan’s photo and a copy of the police complaint. He has requested everyone to kindly inform him or the police commissioner’s office in Bangalore, Kochi, Kollam and Mumbai regions, if they have any information regarding the accused.
