Ashok Selvan plays a negative role in Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham
As reported by us earlier, promising Tamil actor Ashok Selvan has been roped in to play a major role in Priyadarshan’s ambitious film ‘Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham’. He has already joined the sets and has started shooting for his portions. The actor is noted for his roles in movies like ‘Soodhu Kavvum’ ‘Thegidi’ and ‘Pizza 2’.
In a recent interview, Ashok revealed that he is playing a negative role in Marakkar. He has developed his physique and sports a thick long beard to look like a warrior. It is also worth a mention that he has worked with Priyadarshan previously in the critically acclaimed ‘Sila Samayangalil’ aka Sometimes. Last day, he released his new look from Marakkar through his official social media handle. Along with the photo, he has also tweeted a brief note, which reads,

Marakkar has a star studded cast comprising of some big names like Mohanlal, Pranav Mohanlal, Kalyani Priyadarshan, Prabhu, Arjun, Keerthy Suresh, Suniel Shetty and Manju Warrier. Shoot is currently progressing at Ramoji Rao Film City, Hyderabad.
