Bhramam won’t disappoint even those who have watched Andhadhun: Unni Mukundan
As we already know, the acclaimed Hindi film ‘Andhadhun’ is getting remade in Malayalam as ‘Bhramam’. Ace cinematographer Ravi K Chandran is directing the film. Prithviraj, Unni Mukundan, Mamta Mohandas and Raashi Khanna play the lead roles. While Prithviraj reprises the role played by Ayushmann Khuranna, Unni essays the cop’s part done by Manav Vij. The latter seems to have pinned high hopes on the film.
In a recent interview with TOI, Unni assured that ‘Bhramam’ will be a novel experience for even those who have watched ‘Andhadhun’. He also added that the film won’t disappoint anyone. It will be interesting to see how Unni’s character has turned out in the Malayalam version.
Since the original was a huge commercial hit that also won a couple of National awards, the makers of ‘Bhramam’ will be hoping to repeat the success. Sarath Balan has adapted the script to suit the Malayali audience. Shankar, Jagadeesh, Sudheer Karamana, Surabhi Lakshmi, Ananya and many others are part of the film’s supporting cast.
