The 91st Academy Awards ceremony is currently being held in Los Angeles. ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ led the Awards taking home four awards in the lead actor, film editing, sound mixing and sound editing categories. ‘Roma’, ‘Black Panther’ and ‘Green Book’ also bagged three each. The makers of upcoming Malayalam movie ‘And The Oscar Goes To’ have taken this occasion to release a new poster.
The movie directed by Salim Ahamed has Tovino playing the role of a passionate young filmmaker. The movie tells the story of a film taking its director to the Oscars. Salim Ahamed has scripted the movie after being inspired by the real lives of several filmmakers. Siddique, Anu Sithara, Lal, Sreenivasan, Salim Kumar, Zarina Wahab and Appani Sarath are also part of the movie’s cast.

‘And The Oscar Goes To’ shoot has already been wrapped up and the movie will soon be having its premiere at an international film festival. The movie has got some big names in the technical side. Madhu Ambat has cranked the camera and Bijibal handles the music department. Resul Pookutty is in charge of sound design and mixing.
