All Lights Indian International Film Festival is getting bigger and bigger as each day passes and the film festival is all set to start from this coming November 15. It will be held at the Cine Polis Multiplex in Kochi and will end on November 18. As per the latest news from them, Actor Kiccha Sudeep is coming to ALIIFF as the brand ambassador of Kannada Cinema. Sudeep is very much popular here as well through the film directed by SS Rajamouli, titled Eega, which was a super success all over India. Sudeep is a director too apart from an actor and he had acted in Tamil, Telugu and Hindi films as well. He was a part of Rajamauli’s magnum opus Baahubali as well.
Apart from Kiccha Sudeep, ALIIFF will be blessed with the presence of unarguable the greatest actors India ever witnessed in history, as you all know, they are Mohanlal and Kamal Haasan. Mohanlal will be the brand ambassador of Malayalam cinema and Kamal Haasan will be the brand ambassador of Tamil Cinema. Telugu super star Venkitesh will represent them and artists like Subodh Bhave, Prasoonjith Chaterjee, Kalki Kocheline, Nikki Galrani, Manju Warrier etc also becomes a part of the festival by representing various industries in India as well as various categories in the film festival. Manju Warrier will be the representative of Cinema for Women section and Nikki Galrani will be representing the section of Cinema for Children.
The Festival will have more than 100+ films in different categories which include feature films, short films and Documentaries from worldwide as well as from regional cinema. The delegate registration of the festival has been started and all can register their name by visiting the official website of the festival which is www.aliiff.com. It will have a registration fee of 500 Rupees for general delegate pass and 300 Rupees for student delegate pass.
The Festival is aiming at giving exposure to Indian films in an international market. Indywood Film Market that is a part of this festival is focusing on that aspect.
