Rajesh Pillai passed away without fulfilling his dream of doing a project with Mohanlal
Rajesh Pillai had passed away and the prayers from all us went in vain. From Yesterday each Mollywood film lovers were praying for his life and everyone was hoping for his comeback to life. But all went in vain as his death has been confirmed by the hospital sources. His last film Vettah had released yesterday and was getting great response from all over. But this man did not had the good luck to enjoy the success of his creation and that was quite painful as well. Rajesh Pillai had passed away without doing his dream project and it was one of his dreams to do a project with Mohanlal, and it was titled as Lucifer.
Rajesh Pillai had planned this film 2 years back and as per reports Mohanlal had love the theme of the film. He also got ready to produce the film under the banner of Ashirvad Cinemas owned by him and Antony Perumbavoor. The screenplay of the film was all set to be written by popular writer and actor Murali Gopi. As per reports, Kunchacko Boban also approached to play a part in that film in which Mohanlal plays the hero.

Mohanlal’s character in that film said to be one of the best and many had believed that it will be a film that can make Malayalam cinema to reach another level. Rajesh Pillai had worked with Mohanlal in films like Guru directed by Rajeev Anchal, as an assistant director. It was the first and only film from Mollywood that got an Oscar nomination as well.
But Rajesh Pillai had left us without fulfilling his dream and it is a great loss for Malayalam cinema. He had plans to direct films like Motor Cycle Diaries as well, which was a travel movie starred by Kunchacko Boban, Nivin Pauly etc as per reports. But fate did not allowed him to complete those dreams and now we all can do one this. Let’s pray for his soul and hope that his soul will rest in peace by the grace of God.
