Universal star and the complete actor of Indian cinema Mr. Mohanlal is always a man of records in Mollywood and he is a king of records here like Sachin Tendulkar in World cricket circles. Now, it seems that Mohanlal fans too after taking inspiration from their hero gunning for records and when they made one they made it very big as they got their name carved in the Guinness book of World records. The association named Lal Cares which is managed by Mohanlal fans association for charity activities had entered the Guinness world records and Mohanlal fans association is the first of its kind in whole India to reach to this top level of Guinness world records and that too for making the world’s largest charity box named wooden chest in association with Sharjah Charity International which is working based on UAE.

Lal cares which has started by the initiative given by Mohanlal himself performing lots of charity activities worldwide and they are helping poor and needy people including children and also giving financial supports for people who need medical help. Mohanlal is popular for his great helping mentality and Kind heart towards the people who are suffering. He is doing various charity activities through various associations and he never wants to make a fuss about it or don’t want to get any publicity through the charity works he is doing.

Once famous actor and Super star Suresh Gopi said that if our media went for making news out of Mohanlal’s charity works, then they don’t even find enough time for showing all those as he is doing a lot of helps and charity works through his own fans and  personally as well. The complete actor has got the prestigious charity award in India named Mother Teresa award years ago for his activities for poor and needy ones.

He had also awarded with IMA(Indian medical association) award for his charity activities in the medical field. Recently he is in the news for donating 10 lakhs rupees for giving better food for poor patients who came to one of our Government hospitals here. And now this great honor came to him and his fans association for a reason and they deserve more than anyone and had become a great model to follow for all other fans and welfare associations here and all over India.

Dileep’s Chandrettan is all set to come to see you all

Dileep is all set for a spectacular return after the failure of his vishu release this year named Maryada Raman and his films before that such as  Villali Veeran and Avatharam were also eaten dust at box office. But the popular actor of Mollywood is not the one who bows down before failures and he had the habit of coming back to winning ways in quick time with great entertainers and film titled as  Chandrettan Evideya will be such a one hopefully for him and his fans. The film which will be directed by Sidharth Bharathan will hit the screen all over Kerala on May 1.

Ithihasa fame actress Anusree and one of the most popular heroines of mollywood Namitha Pramod is playing the female leads in this flick by Sidharth Bharathan. Shyju Khalid will be the DOP of the film and he is one of the co-producer of the film along with Sameer Thahir and Ashique Usman. This will be Sidharth Bharathan’s second film in his career as a director. Sidharth Bharathan’s first film was Nidra starred by himself and Rima kallingal was a failure at box office even though the film has got good appreciation from the critics.

The film tells about the life of a character named Chandramohan played by Dileep who is an assistant section officer at the complaints cell of the Kerala legislative assembly and his wife named Sushama played by Anusree who is a BSNL employee as well. The film tells how Chandramohan still want to enjoy his life just like a bachelor even after he gets married and he don’t want to let go of his freedom which he enjoyed as a bachelor even after marriage.

Santhosh echikkanam is the screen writer of this flick. Santhosh varma’s lyrics were tuned by the music director Prasanth Pillai and the songs were already become popular after its Youtube Release. The film is financed under the banner of Handmade films by Shyju Khalid, Sameer Thahir and Ashiq Usman as we mentioned earlier. The cast list of the film has many popular actors such as Saju Navodaya, Prathap Pothan, Joy Mathew, Chemban Vinod, KPSC Lalitha, Dileesh Pothan, Vinayakan etc.

Prithviraj to do a cameo in Mohanlal’s Loham

Young Super star Prithviraj is all set to do a cameo appearance in the Ranjith directorial thriller named Loham starring none other than the Universal Super star Mohanlal, the complete actor. Prithviraj is sharing the silver screen along with Mohanlal who happens to be Prithviraj’s all-time favorite actor as Prithviraj had said in many interviews for the first time with this film.Prithviraj had said many times that Mohanlal is his all-time favourite actor and it is a dream for him to work along with Mohanlal in a film. He considers Mohanlal as the best actor he ever saw and once in an interview to a Tamil channel he said that he has plans to direct a film in the near future and his dream combination for that project is Mohanlal and Manju Warrier.

There are another two films which are also in the pipeline starring Mohanlal and Prithvi raj together and they are Kanal by M Padmakumar and Suresh Babu team and A Priyadarshan directorial political thriller which the director himself announced last year after his Malayalam film named Aamayum Muylaum with Jayasurya. In Kanal, along with Mohanlal and  Prithviraj rumours suggest that  the popular actor from Bollywood Navasudeen Siddiqui may also become a part.

A source close to the Ranjith film Loham confirmed the news of Prithviraj is playing the cameo and said that he will be playing the role of Cop, a city police commissioner. He will have 3 days of shoot for this film, says the source. Apart from Prithviraj artists like actress Parvathi Menon,  actor Aju Varghese, anchor Pearle Maney, actor Manikkuttan , actress Srinda Arhaan etc also playing cameos in this film which is progressing in and around Kochi now.

The plot of the film is revolving around the gold smuggling in the state and it will be a thriller from the pen of Ranjith after a long time and also Mohanlal is donning the appearance of twirled moustache once again in this Ranjith flick. The film is said to be an Onam release but there is a chance that it may hit the screens in July. Andrea Jeremiah is the female lead in this film and a host of popular actors playing key roles in this film as well.

At last the news is almost confirmed that Puli Murugan will start rolling from the second week of June this year. The Universal star Mohanlal is all set to play the title character of this mega budget Vysakh film which is scripted by Udaya Krishna of the Udaya Krishna-Sibi K Thomas duo. It will be Udaya Krishna’s first ever independent screenplay in his whole career. The film is said to be the biggest budget film ever made on mollywood after Pazahassi Raja which had made on a budget around 25 crores. This will be the dream film of Vysakh and he is all set to give us something big in fact very big and want to come back with a roar after the debacle of his last outing titled Cousins.

Super star Mohanlal had created history in Box office more than anyone in Kerala with this kind of manly characters like Aadu Thoma, Mangalasserry Neelakandan, Kanimangalam Jaganadhan, Poovally Indhuchoodan, Mullankolli Velayudhan, Mangalassery Karthikeyan and many more. Fans of Mohanlal and all other people of Kerala always loves that type of his manly characters on the silver screen and they always make it a celebration and almost all that movies ended up creating record in Kerala box office history and in fact he is the ultimate record holder in Kerala box office whether it’s about the collection of films or the running statuses of films in Mollywood.

Director Vysakh told that this will be one of the best and noted characters Mohanlal has ever done in his career and the film demands a lot of physical demands from him as the film had lots of fight scenes and adventurous scenes Mollywood had never seen before. He told that Mohanlal had already reduced six kilo of weight for this character and he will reduce more before it begins. There will a great suspense behind this character and the filming will start in June in Vietnam as in that they will get good weather and other helpful conditions to shoot there.

And the other big thing is that the most popular and sought after stunt master of South India named Peter Hein will be the stunt choreographer of this film. Peter Hein is famous for his works in Anyan, I, Shivaji, Bahubali etc and he had agreed to do the film as he was so much impressed with the story and he wanted to work with Mohanlal and want to see how Mohanlal will do these highly adventurous and dangerous stunts to perfection.

Mohanlal is considered as one who is best in stunts and popular for doing his stunts without the help of dupes. Now peter Hein is preparing the sequences of stuns for this action-adventurous heavy mass film and the film will come to you all in this year’s Christmas. Tomichan Mulakupaadam under the banner Mulakupaadam films will finance this big budget heavy mass thriller.

Nivin Pauly,the name came up on the title cards of a flick for the first time in the film named Malarvadi Arts Club which was noticed for many other reasons such as the directorial debut of Vineeth Sreenivasan, the son of the Mollywood legend Sreenivasan and also for the matter that popular actor Dileep financed the film the completely new star cast. Among these big names, the names such as Nivin Pauly who played the male lead in that film not get so much attention even though he did well and the film was also a commercial success.

Nivin later acted a number of other films as well but the one which make his name a popular one in mollywood was the blockbuster hit named Thattathin Marayathu which was also happened to be directed by his mentor Vineeth Sreenivasan. The character named Vinod he played in that film made him one of the popular young heroes of mollywood and more than that it gives him a his own space among the young viewers as well as family audience.
