Bajrangi Bhaijaan Review-Rating-Report-Salman Khan

Bajrangi Bhaijaan is one of the most awaited flick in Bollywood this year and this Eid season was graced with its release. The flick was much awaited because of two main reason. One reason was of course Salman Khan who is having his best years at box office right now with continuous successes even though he is going through a bad patch in his personal life. Salman Khan was the financer of this flick as well with Telugu producer Rockline Venkitesh.

The second factor for its anticipation was the director of the film Kabir Khan. His last film was also with Salman Khan in the lead named Ek Tha Tiger and it was a record breaking blockbuster as well. So naturally the hopes on this actor-director pair is too high. The Telugu connection of Bajrangi Bhaijaan not ends with the production side. The screenplay of the flick has been written by KV Vijayendra Prasad who is the script writer of the magnum opus Telugu film Baahubali. He had wrote the script in association with the director Kabir Khan and Parvez Sheikh.

The story of the flick set in the background of Delhi and Pakistan. It shows the life of two characters named Pawan Kumar Chaturvedi aka Bhajrangi played by Salman Khan and Munni aka Shahida played by Harshali Malhotra. Munni is a little girl of 6 years old who is a Pakistani. She is mute from her childhood and her mother comes to Delhi with her to seek the blessings from a saint in Delhi with the hope that her daughter may blessed with the ability to speak. But on her way back to Pakistan the child get lost in India.

Munni comes in to the life of Bhajrangi who came to delhi in search of a job. Bhajrangi who is very innocent and affectionate took her with him and decided that he will bring that child to her home that was in Pakistan after he come to know that she is a Pakistani girl. The flick shows his journey with that girl to Pakistan from India and how he helps that girl to reach her home there.

We have to say that Salman Khan had given his career best performance as Pawan aka Bhajrangi. He made the audience cry at the climax portion of the film with the sheer brilliance of his acting and he looks perfect for the character as well. He was so innocent yet determined and had well-adjusted within the body of that character. Another notable performances came from Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Harshali Malhotra who did a sterling job as the Pakistani journalist and the lost child respectively. Kareena Kapoor done a neat job as the female lead even though she had nothing to do much.

The screenplay was so engrossing and the direction was brilliant that the audience were glued to the seats without any hiccups till the end and left the cinema hall with the tears of joy and satisfaction. They really told the film in a class way and included the masala element only where it needed. The music by Pritam and Dop by Aseem Misra was really great as it captured the mood of the story really well and conveyed to the audience with a smooth flow.

Bajrangi Bhaijaan is undoubtedly one of the best film that came in Bollywood this year and one of the best in Salman Khan’s career. Don’t miss this as it is really a great Eid Gift for you and your family.
