Bhavana Returns to Tamil Cinema After 12 Years with Horror Thriller ‘The Door’
In a thrilling comeback, Bhavana, the beloved actress of Tamil cinema, is set to grace the silver screen after 12 years with the upcoming horror film The Door. Directed by Jaiiddev and produced by Naveen Rajan under June Dreams Studios, the film promises an intense narrative filled with mystery and suspense.
Bhavana plays the role of an architect, while Ganesh Venkataraman portrays a police officer. The film also features an ensemble cast, including Jaya Prakash, Shivaranjani, Nandha Kumar, Girish, Pandy Ravi, Sangeetha, Sindhoory, Priya Venkat, Ramesh Arumugam, Kapil, Byri Vinu, Roshni, Sithik, and Vinoliya. With cinematography by Gowtham G, music by Varun Unni, and editing by Athul Vijay, The Door promises a gripping horror experience.
Scheduled for release on March 21, the film holds special significance as it marks Bhavana’s collaboration with her brother Jaiiddev, who helms the project, and her husband Naveen Rajan, the producer. Initially releasing in Tamil, the film will later hit screens in Malayalam, Telugu, and Kannada, expanding its eerie tale to a wider audience.
