Varthamanam teaser; Parvathy-starrer looks relevant in the current socio-political situation!
Parvathy starrer ‘Varthamanam’ is gearing up for release. The film was recently embroiled in a controversy after the regional Censor Board reportedly denied permission to screen the film alleging that its theme is anti-national and could destroy religious harmony. After the issue heated up, the makers received a go-ahead from the Delhi Central Censor Board revising committee.
Last day, the teaser of ‘Varthamanam’ got released online. The film has Parvathy playing a character named Faiza Sufiya. She is a research student at the JNU.
