Mohanlal is essaying the character of Ulahannan, a panchayath secretary while Meena plays his wife Aniyamma in Munthirivallikal Thalirkkumbol. Jacobinte Swargarajyam fame Aima Rose Sebastian and Sanoop Santhosh play their kids. Anoop Menon, Srinda Arhaan, Alencier Ley, Rahul Madhav, Neha Saxena, Kalabhavan Shajon, Sharafudheen, Bindu Panicker and many others play supporting characters in the movie.
