Manju Warrier congratulates Oru Mexican Aparatha and Angamaly Diaries teams for their success.
Last Friday (March 3), Kerala box office saw the battle of the youngsters with Angamaly Diaries (AD) and Oru Mexican Aparatha (OMA). Both the movies mostly had youngsters in their team especially the former that featured 86 newcomers in the cast.
Both OMA and AD opened to great response form the audience. Industry insiders also came forward to support the youngsters. Superstar Mohanlal recently praised Angamaly Diaries and the team in a Facebook post. Veteran filmmaker Lal Jose also congratulated both the movies for their massive success.
Now, one of the leading actresses in Mollywood, Manju Warrier has complimented both the teams for their success. She has written,

Oru Mexican Aparatha has got a huge opening in the box office thanks to Tovino’s rising popularity and the communist ideology discussed in the movie. Despite featuring newcomers in the lead roles, Angamaly Diaries still got a great opening after the highly positive reports from the preview show.
Oru Mexican Aparatha, directed by debutant Tom Emmatty is a campus political drama centred around the rivalry between two political parties in the Maharajas college. Tovino Thomas, Neeraj Madhav, Roopesh Peethambaran and Gayathri Suresh have essayed the major roles. Anoop Kannan has produced the film under his banner Anoop Kannan Stories.
Angamaly Diaries is written by actor Chemban Vinod Jose and directed by Lijo Jose Pellissery. It is a movie about the locals in the Angamaly region that is showcased with utmost realism. The movie is produced by Vijay Babu’s Friday Film House.
