Prithviraj’s character poster from Tiyaan released

The team of Tiyaan, an upcoming multistarrer, has released the latest new character poster from the movie. The poster features Prithviraj’s character Aslan Mohammed. Interestingly, Prithviraj is seen in two looks in the poster, one as an angry young man and the other as middle aged man sporting a grey beard.

Prithviraj has pinned high expectations on this movie as he himself had revealed it several times during media interactions. The actor has also shared the new poster in Facebook page and along with it he has written,

From the time I first heard the idea of #TIYAAN , I have time and again spoken about Aslan. Beyond the “ACTION” and “CUT”, away from the arc lights and sets, each line that Aslan has said..and each emotion that Aslan has felt stays with me. It may or may not be as personal an experience to you. For many of you who watch #TIYAAN…he might just be another one of my characters..but there is no denying that regardless of where my journey in cinema takes chapter will always read..

Earlier, the team had released two other posters featuring Indrajith and Murali Gopy, who has also written the movie. Indrajith is playing the character of Pattabhiraman while Murali Gopy’s character is named as Ramkant Mahasay.

Tiyaan is directed by debutant Jiyen Krishnakumar. The movie is said to be a socio-political drama set majorly in North India. Apart from these three lead actors, the movie features a host of other supporting actors including Shine Tom Chacko, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Prakash Bare, Rahul Madhav, Alok Jain, Paris Lakshmi, Padmapriya and Ananya.

Tiyaan is produced by Haneef Ahmed under his banner Red Rose Creations. It is a big budget movie made estimated to be made on a budget of over Rs 20 crores. The movie is scheduled to hit screens for Eid this year.
