Few months back, producer Aroma Mani had filed a case against actor Fahad Fazil saying that Fahad Fazil had cheated him by taking money from him to act in a movie named Iyer in Pakistan and later withdrawn from the project without returning the money which he received. As per reports, Fahad had received 4 lakhs rupees from Aroma Mani as an advance for acting in this film. The Pooja function of this film was honored with the presence of Honorable Chief Minister of Kerala, Sri. Umman Chandy.

Later when he got some other projects, Fahad Fazil had kept the team behind the film waiting for long and later withdrawn from it as well. Aroma Mani says that the money which he given to Fahad Fazil and also the money he spent for the pre-production works of this flick was lost and Mani wants to get that Money from Fahad Fazil as a compensation as Fahad Fazil is the reason why this loss happened to him financially.

Aroma Mani had given complaints in Producers association and AMMA. But no action was taken by them against Fahad Fazil and that is why he had approached the court. Fahad Fazil had now obtained anticipatory bail from Alappuzha Principal Sessions Court in this case.

Fahad Fazil had made a terrific come back by scoring his first solo blockbuster in his career with Maheshinte Prathikaram that released this year February. He is going to make his Tamil debut too with Mohan Raja- Siva Karthikeyan film and in Malayalam, his next will be Anwar Rasheed movie.

As per reports the film had raked in an amount near 30 crore from its worldwide run and now it is almost getting ready to finish its run all over.

Even though the film had started off with mixed reviews and loss of screens after first week, later people realized its merit and the film is back on track due to the effective promotion. As per reports, the Kerala gross of the film is around 15 crore rupees. From rest of India, it had made an amount around 3.5 crore. In UAE-GCC are, it had raked in an amount around 9 crore rupees as well. It had done good business at US and UK market too by raking in an amount close to 3 crore from there.

As of now, the total Worldwide gross of the film stands around 30 crore rupees. Now his summer release, Jacobinte Swargarajyam also getting great report and good collection at box office. The film had begun well and getting good reception from all over. Looks like Nivin Pauly is in a mood to continue his amazing run of success as a star in Mollywood.

Soubin Shahir to become director with Parava and Anwar Rasheed will produce it

Soubin Shahir, the latest comedy sensation in Mollywood is all set to direct his maiden venture. He had come as an assistant director in Mollywood assisting Amal Neerad, Anwar Rasheed etc. Later he became an actor and the characters in the film Chandrettan Evideya and Premam had made him a popular comedy supporting actor in Mollywood.

Later he had become an integral part of Malayalam cinema and the applause he gets from the audience is just fabulous. Now, he is all set to make his first film as a director and it has been titled as Parava. Popular film maker and producer Anwar Rasheed will produce the movie.

The film will have new faces in it as main characters and will reach the screens in this year Christmas season. The story, screenplay and dialogues for this film will be jointly written by Soubin Shaheer and Muneer Ali. Praveen Prabhakar will be the editor of the film. Other details about the film will be revealed soon. They will begin the shoot at Ernakulam and this will be Anwar Rasheed’s 3rd production venture after the blockbusters like Bangalore Days and Premam.

Earlier there were reports that Soubin to play the hero of next Ashiq Abu directorial film. Details and status of that project is now unknown as Ashiq Abu is said to be planning a movie with Dulquar Salman.

Jacobinte Swargarajyam had took an excellent opening as it had grossed near 2.75 crore from two days of its theatrical run in Kerala. First day it had raked in a collection around 1.35 crore and on its second day it had made a better business by making an amount around 1.40 crores. The positive mouth publicity had helped the film to get that amount on its second day.

The 3rd day collection also expected to be a big one as it is a Sunday. Great reviews are spreading from all around and it will help the flick big time in box office. Vacation season had begun and families will flow to the screens if the film gets an above average response.

The film had released around 80 theaters only and this collection which it has got in the first two days were really excellent. Runway, the film released in 2004 directed by Joshiey and scripted by Udaya Krishna-Sibi K Thomas due was indeed a turning point in Dileep’s career. Through that film he proved that he can do mass characters as well along with the usually feel good comedy heroes which he had done till that time. The film was a super success and the character named Valayar Paramasivam had become a sensational hit among the audience.

Later the talks about a sequel to this film had spread all around and then heard that it was shelved due to some technical reasons. But a happy news is coming for Dileep fans that the project is on and Dileep will again come as Valayar Paramasivam.

Dileep himself said this during the Facebook live chat in which he become a part of last day. It was the first time that Dileep is coming for a live chat in Facebook and during that chat he said that the pre-production work of Valayar Paramashivam is on and Joshiey who directed Runway will make this sequel as well. We don’t know whether Udaya Krishna- Sibi K Thomas writing the screenplay or not.

Dileep also said that the sequel of CID Moosa is also in the planning stage and they wanted to make it happen. CID Moosa was directed by Johny Antony and the screenplay was written by the same Sibi K Thomas-Udaya Krishna pair. Dileep is back on the track of big successes after a bad patch as his last two films Two Countries and King Liar had become super successes. King Liar released last week had already got positive response and fantastic collection from box office. Two Countries which released in last December had ended up crossing 50 crore mark at box office.

In a temple named Puttingal, 107 people are dead and many more are injured in the firework disaster. The whole nation is mourning for the ones who lost their life and doing all their help to the ones who are injured during the accident.

People and organizations giving medicines, blood and all other needed support to the hospitals and the relatives of the injured ones. Along with that our celebrities also doing their bit. Mollywood actor Mammootty is all set donate Ayurvedic Medicines for ones who injured in the disaster.

He is a part of an ayurvedic hospital management named Pathanjali and they are making ayurvedic medicines for people who suffered with fire injuries. People working their already went to Kollam with the medicines they have and more medicines are in the making stage. The medicines will be given free of cost to the injured ones.

Mammootty said that it is our duty to be with them and support them with whatever way we can. The film is accepted by both the critics and common mass as they are of the opinion that this is the best film directed by Vineeth Sreenivasan till now and this one is the best of the lot in the summer releases here so far if we consider the quality of the film. But as per reports the film is getting great response from Tamil Nadu as well. It was released in Chennai Mayajal complex.

At first it had 5 shows there per day. But due to the great response from the audience there, from today the shows are increased to 10 shows per day. After Premam, Nivin Pauly films get great response and box office run there at Chennai and his last film Action Hero Biju also got great collection from there.

It had raked in a collection of 18 Lakhs on its opening day there and it was a record for any Malayalam cinema released in Tamil Nadu. His Premam had ran more than 300 days there and then Action Hero Biju and now Jacobinte Swarga Rajyam got great reception.

Surely the fan base of Nivin Pauly is building to great numbers there and he is making a market of his own at Tamil Nadu, which will be a great boost for Malayalam cinema too. In Kerala too the film is getting good collection and it is already making sure that it will enter the hit charts of this season in Mollywood.
