It was a big news when Shamili the younger sister of actress Shalini, who was one of the most popular child artist years before decided to come back to the industry as heroine. She was acted in many Malayalam and Tamil films and become audience’s pet. She is now acting in Tamil and Malayalam films. She is already doing a film in Malayalam with Kunchacko Boban in the lead named Valliyum Thetti Pulliyum Thetti. In Tamil also there is demand for her now.
But some days back a report of a popular Malayalam cine magazine said that she had became a headache for the producers of her films. But now the producer of her Malayalam film had reacted against that news saying that it is all fake and Shamili is a great artist who really co-operated with the whole crew of his Malayalam film which we mentioned above. He said that it was painful to see such a fake news is spreading against a good artist like her.
The magazine report is such that 50 Lakhs is her remuneration and along with her, 4 maids and her mother comes to the set. She has a separate make up man as well. She wants separate remuneration for all these assistants of her and suit rooms for them as well. Her remuneration is already pretty high and what she is asking is really became headache for the financers of the film in Tamil and the report also says that they are avoiding her from their films.
She had come to Malayalam as a child artist through the Bharatahan directorial film named Malootty and later acted in many films such as Pookkalam Varavayi, Harikrishnans, Nirnnayam etc. In Tamil as well she acted in films like Anjali at a very younger age and got national awards as well for best child artist. She is also the sister-in-law of Thala Ajith as her sister Shalini is the wife of Ajith. She had acted in one or two Tamil or Telugu films before she went study abroad leaving cinema some years back.
