Arun Gopy’s writing is plain and lacks novelty. Even with a simple storyline, things would work out if the screenplay is tight and manages to keep the audience engaged. The makers succeed only partially here as there is a lack of coherence throughout with plenty of loopholes. Pranav Mohanlal somehow tries to shoulder the movie along with the debutante Zaira David. They both share bulk of the screen-time.

Among the supporting cast, Manoj K Jayan, Abhirav Janan, Dharamajan, Biju Kuttan and Suresh Kumar played their parts well. The antagonist’s character was way too loud and didn’t look convincing at all. Kalabhavan Shajon’s role also failed to fit in the movie.

On the technical front, Abhinandan Ramanujam’s cinematography was impressive. Gopi Sunder’s music was adequate with a couple of good songs and mass-enhancing background score. A major flaw in the technical side was the VFX in the climax action block. The train fight sequence choreographed by Peter Hein was much hyped but has been ruined by the tacky VFX works.
