The much awaited Kamal Haasan’s Thoongavanam is at the theatres for celebrating this Diwali. This time Kamal Haasan has come up with a treat to watch out for. The movie in which Kamal plays the role of an officer of Narcotics shares true suspense out and out till the end of the movie. And this would be this seasons thrilling movie ever released. Kamal Haasan along with the son, the character played by Aman Abdullah has tricks up his sleeves that all through the movie both the maestro Ulaganayagan and Aman, the father-son combo looked appealing and promising. As the movie is one heck of a crime thriller, we won’t spoil it by giving you hints about what is going to happen in the movie or what’s the thrilling moments.

This movie is truly the best cup of tea who like to watch crime and serious themes in the thrilling genre. The other supporting casts coming up in the movie also enthralls the movie’s theme making it to be a successful outcome. As the movie is released simultaneously in Tamil and Telugu languages the movie is celebrated in both the industries. Kamal Haasan as Diwakar IRS and the director Rajesh M Selva gives the audience what they have promised before. As this movie is taken originally based on the French film Sleepless Night by Frederic Jardin and the screenplay is written by Kamal Haasan, the French movie fans and film lovers will be enjoying this one as they are curious about what would be that unique element in this Kamal Haasan’s Thoongavanam.

Ulaganayagan’s wonderful rendition along with the cinematography by Sanu Varghese with the amazing music by Ghibran blows away critics with its soulful presentation. The editor of the movie Shan Mohammed fulfills his duty in its best way making the movie an outstanding piece of art. Another major feature of the movie is where Trisha takes over the screen with her smart, elegant character which gets jelled in the movie without any abnormality. The roles by the supporting casts Prakash Raj, Asha Sarath, Kishore adds that aroma to these package rendering their best. The dialogues were strong and emotional as Suku did his best portraying the character’s intense emotions connecting the audience.

Overall Ulaganayagan’s Thoongavanam will bring sleepless nights for the fans as well as movie buzz to watch it at the theatres. Finally, the movie turns out to be a good flight !!
