Nivin Pauly’s Sakhavu beats Dulquer’s Jomonte Suviseshangal

Nivin Pauly and Dulquer Salmaan are currently the two hot favourites of Malayalam industry. The two actors enjoy an enormous fan base not only in Kerala but also outside the state.

Recently, Nivin Pauly’s upcoming movie Sakhavu’s first look poster was released. The poster was shared in Nivin Pauly’s official Facebook page. The photo has got more than 49,000 likes within 5 hours.

Similarly Dulquer Salmaan’s upcoming movie Jomonte Suviseshangal’s first look poster was launched in his official Facebook page on September 10. This photo has received around 42,000 likes.

Some section of the netizens are comparing these two photos and their likes as yardstick to prove who among the two actors is more popular.

Apparently, there is a competition between the fans of the two actors, which is very evident from the polls and fan posts in many social media pages.

Both Nivin Pauly and Dulquer Salmaan enjoy a huge fan base especially among the youngsters. Commercially also the two actors have had a great year. Dulquer’s Kali and Kammatipaadam were successes while Nivin Pauly’s Action Hero Biju and Jacobinte Swargarajyam also emerged victorious.

Even after being the hot favourites in the industry with huge successes under their names, both the actors graciously appeared in guest roles. Nivin was seen in Aanandam while Dulquer played a cameo in Ann Maira Kalippilanu .

Nivin Pauly has signed quite a few movies in Kollywood post the massive success of Premam in Tamil Nadu. Dulquer has already established himself as an actor in K-Town with his charming performance in Mani Ratnam’s Oh Kadhal Kanmani. We also hear that Dulquer is listening to a lot of Tamil scripts and he will zero in one very soon.

These two actors are trying to spread their wings by taking conscious efforts to move out of their comfort zones. Let’s just hope that they continue their good works and not feel the burden of stardom any time soon. Because that will start forcing them to do run of the mill kind of masala pot boilers that are simply aimed at the box office returns.
