Anandam is an upcoming Mollywood film directed by debutant Ganesh Raj and produced by none other than Vineeth Sreenivasan. Ganesh Raj was the assistant director of Vineeth Sreenivasan earlier. The first look poster of the movie has been released today and all the main characters in this movie is played by fresh faces.
The main characters in this film is Kuppi, Devika, Akshay, Varun, Dia, Gautham and Darshana and these characters are played by Vishak, Annu, Thomas, Arun, Siddi, Roshen and Anarkkali respectively. Anend C Chandran who had done the DOP of Premam had cranked the camera for this film too.

Popular Singer Sachin Warrier is making his debut as a music composer through this movie and the editing section is managed by Abhinav Sundar Nayak. Director Ganesh Raj had written the screenplay of this movie and Vineeth Sreenivasan had penned the lyrics for a song in this movie as well. This is the first ever production venture of Vineeth Sreenivasan in his career.
The film will be produced under the banner named Habit of Life and it will be produced in association with the banner named Cast N Crew as well. LJ Films will distribute the movie in Kerala and 7 fresh faces are making their debut through this movie.

Janata Garage is the most awaited South Indian Film of this season and it became much awaited due to the presence of Mohanlal who is playing the lead in it along with Jr NTR. The presence of the pair of Mohanlal-Jr NTR in a mass Telugu film directed by master director Siva Koratala had raised the anticipation level of the movie to great heights. The teasers and trailer of the movie also got fabulous response and it had created many records in its YouTube views as well.
They had earlier planned to release the movie on September 2 this year. But an all India strike organized by all the trade unions jointly will hit the country on the same day as well. So, the team behind the movie had decided to prepone the release date of the movie and they had confirmed that the flick will hit the screens all over on September 1st.
The film will be released in Kerala and it will have a Malayalam dubbed version here. Ashirvad Cinemas will distribute the movie here through Maxlab and there are reports which says that it will get close to 200 screens in Kerala.

The teaser of the first Antichrist movie from Mollywood will release at 12AM tonight. The film is titled as Adam and it is directed by Zamar Rashid. The flick has been produced by Sneha CJ under the banner of KR Films. Ramesh Raghavan is the DOP of this movie and Jidhesh Kuruppu had tuned the music. The Editor of the flick is Anandh Bodh. The movie is regarded as the first Antichrist movie made in Mollywood. The term Antichrist means false Messiah and it is generally used to refer to evil spirit.
Director Zamar said that he had to suffer lots of criticisms and insult while making this movie as this is made based on Saitan. He said that he had to be a part of act like Black Mass to make this cinema perfect and he never experienced the presence of God or Saitan at that time. But he saw them in the faces of many people during the shoot of this movie.

He says that God and Saitan are two types of thoughts we have and it is us who gives particular faces to those thoughts and then name it as God or Saitan. It is our action, words and attitude makes good and bad.
Anyway, the teaser of the movie will be releasing at 12 Am tonight and this particular time frame is chosen by the team behind the movie to challenge those are against the movie.

Ranjith Sankar-Jayasurya team had come up with their 3rd film named Pretham on August 12th this year. The film was bankrolled by this same pair just like their previous two ventures. Now, Pretham had become the biggest hit in their career. It had become the biggest hit in Jayasurya’s career and it had already gone past the lifetime gross earned by Punyalan Agarbathees, which was the biggest grosser from this team till now. Punyalan Agarbathees had grossed around 7.10 crore in 2013.
As per the latest reports coming in from trade guides in our industry, the film had earned near 7.3 crores from Kerala in its 10 days run here. The rest of India gross of the movie is around 1 crore and the total gross of the flick from 10 days is 8.3 crore. The overseas release of the movie will be on September 1st as well.

This is a horror comedy which has Aju Varghese, Sharafudeen, Govind Padmasoorya, Hareesh Perady, Sunil Sugatha, Dharmajan, Pearle Maaney etc as well in it along with Jayasurya. The flick had got great reception from the audience and performing very well at box office even on working days.
The collection from Ernakulam multiples is around 72 lakhs as of now and it will touch the 1 crore mark by the next weekend. The share got by the movie from Kerala is around 3.5 crore.

Happy Wedding directed by debutant Omar Lulu is on its way to complete 100 glorious days in screens here in Kerala and the team had celebrated the success by organizing a simple function. In that function, they had released the DVD of the movie as well. The cast and crew of the movie was present there at the function.
Director Omar Lulu, artists like Sharafudeen, Justin, Siju Wilson etc were present at the function along with the representatives of Eros International who had distributed this movie all over Kerala.
The satellite right of this film is bought by Surya TV and they got 2.10 crore as satellite right. The total worldwide business done by the movie is above 13 crore as well. It is a romantic- comedy in its genre and the youth of Kerala had really accepted the movie with both hands.

The flick has been released in 35 screens and later when the great word of mouth was spread all over, the theater count increased with the passing of each week. When it reached in its fourth week, the screen count was touched 130.
