He said that it will be a film which will revolve around two old women and it will deal with their life, dreams and attitude. Vineeth Sreenivasan said to be playing the male lead in the film and the roles of old women said to be playing by new faces as well. Now a report from the industry says that Aparna Balamurali to play the female lead in this upcoming film.

Aparna Balamurali had become very popular in Mollywood through the film named Maheshinte Prathikaram, which had released last month here in Malayalam. It had become a big success and in fact become the first solo blockbuster in the career of Fahad Fazil, who played the male lead in the film. Aparnn’s character named Jimcy, in this film had got great appreciation from the audience and critics alike. The character had helped her to get a lot of fans here and many followers of her is eager to see her again on big screen. Now if this reports coming in is true, then she will be seen with Vineeth Sreenivasan in this upcoming Jude Antony Joseph film named Oru Muthassi Gadha.

Jude Antony Joseph had made his first film named Om Shanti Oshana in 2013 and it was a heroine centric film even though Nivin Pauly played an important role in the film. It had helped Nazriya Nazim to win the state award for best actress as well. Now again, Jude Antony is coming up with a women centric film and Aparna got the chance to show her skill in this film. The culprit was caught by police as per her complaint as well. The latest incident like this is happened to actress Rosin Jolly. Some vulgar images were spread through Whatsapp, saying that it is of Rosin Jolly. Rosin Jolly had reacted to the situation through the media as well.

She says that it was all fake images spreading, using her name. She had no connection with those images. Rosin Jolly posted her Facebook page that those images are forged and it is not real. The girl in the photo was not her and Rosin Jolly had posted the image of the girl which is spreading through Whatsapp in the name of her. It is the image of an English model named Sara Maria Cobo Viveros, who had some similarity in face cut with Rosin Jolly.

Priyadarshan reveals the story of Mohanlal’s Oppam

The filming of Oppam, directed by the master craftsman Priyadarshan and starred by Mohanlal is going on smoothly at Tripunithura, Kochi right now. Mohanlal and Priyadarshan is working together after 2 years and this time they are coming up with a crime thriller. Usually most of their flicks were comedy films and they had given so many super success making comedy films. But this time they are going for something very different from their usual pattern.

The film is produced by Antony Perumabavoor, under the most popular banner in Mollywood right now, Ashirvad Cinemas. Priyadarshan wrote the screenplay and dialogues for the story written by a new face named Govind Vijayan. Now, Priyadarshan reveals the one line story of his film Oppam to the media.

Priyadarshan says that the plot of the film revolves around a character named Jayaraman, who is blind. He is a lift operator in a flat where many big shots were living. Jayaraman has the unique ability like many blind people to sense things using smell, sound and touch. But that lands him in a real trouble at one situation and the film tells how it goes forward. Mohanlal plays the character of blind man Jayaraman. Artists like Mamukkoya and Kanaran Harish is playing the security workers in that flat and their names are Kunjikka and Veeran respectively.

Priyadarshan had shot a song within 3 days for the film recently. It was a Punjabi type song which showcases the marriage celebrations of a Punjabi family residing in that flat. Artists like Vimala Raman, Arjun Nandakumar, Mamukkoya, Kanaran Harish, Sona, Kalashala Babu, Edavela Babu, Krishna Prasad, Anwar, Sreelatha, Bindu Murali, Nandhu Pothuval etc had took part in the song shoot.

Artists like Nedumudi Venu, Samudrakkani, Kalabhavan Shajon, Aju Varghese, Chemban Vinod Jose, Anusree, Balaji, Anas, Benny, Madan Mohan, Sreeya Ramesh etc also playing important roles in this film. Music was composed for this film by Four Music team and DOP is by Ekambaram. Ayyappan Nair is the editor of this flick and Rafeeq Ahammad and Madhu Vasudev had penned the lyrics for this film.

Nimmy says that the reason behind the spreading of news may be the absence of her in the pictures that come out through media on the day of Kalabhavan Mani’s death and after that. They even went for a pleasure trip on their wedding anniversary, which was on last month 4th. Nimmy recollects that the family members were informed about Mani’s admission in hospital way too late. When she went there, she can’t believe it was Kalabhavan Mani. Because he was so tired and almost unconscious. Even though they know that he was ill they did not saw him in such a worst condition ever.

Nimmy said that the forensic analysis result was really a shock and she can’t even believe that Kalabhavan Mani’s death was an unnatural one.

Malayalam cinema is definitely growing. Mollywood films are always considered as the best when it comes to the quality of the films made here and that too using low budget when it compared to Bollywood or other south Indian language films. Mollywood is considered the best when it comes to acting excellence of actors as well. Actors like Mammootty and Mohanlal are considered as the best in India and their popularity is growing all around India as well as all around the globe now. But what Mollywood really lacked was the business area.

When it comes to the commercial scheme of things, Malayalam cinema lacks a big marketing area and that always stopping many biggies to invest big money here. But for the last few years Mollywood is growing in that respect too and the coming months will witness some gigantic releases from Mollywood.

Neha Saxena, one of the popular actress from Kannada, is all set to make her Mollywood debut this year and it will be with none other than Super Star Mammootty. Neha Saxena will be seen playing a key role in upcoming Mammootty starrer flick named Kasaba, directed by Nithin Renji Panicker, the son of popular actor/writer/director Renji Panicker. Mammootty is playing the character of a circle inspector named Rajan Zakariah in this film. Neha Saxena’s recent films the Game and Dandu were super successes and she is hoping to continue it with Kasaba as well.

Neha Saxena said that she feels very blessed to share screen space with Mammootty and it is a perfect debut opportunity she had got here. She had earlier worked with him for a photoshoot for a magazine cover page. She said that Mammootty is a fantastic human being and a very professional artist as well. Now, a chance to act along with him in a film is a sort of dream come true for her. Neha had won great appreciation and Karnataka State award as well for her Tulu film named Rickshaw Driver in the year 2013 and she had acted in a short film named Kamala as well which is also got great reception.

Nithin Renji Panicker scripted this film as well. He had worked as an assistant director to popular film Maker Shaji Kailas and making Kasab as a complete action packed film. Artists like Varalakshmi Sarath Kumar, Sambath etc also plays key role in this film. It is Vralakshmi’s debut film in Mollywood and Kasaba turning out to be the first Mollywood venture of many artists and technicians associated with it. As per reports the team of the film is planning it as a July release this year. The filiming is now going on at Bangalore. It had started off at Kolar Mines at Karnataka.

The look of Mammootty for this film is already got the attention of the fans and the character he is playing said to be a different kind of police officer with some eccentric mannerisms.
