Dulquer-Sathyan Anthikkad movie titled as Jomonte Suvisheshangal

Young Mollywood Star Dulquer Salmaan now acting in a Sathyan Anthikkad movie and it is filming at Thrissur now. We had already reported you about the character of Dulquer Salmaan in this movie. His character name is Jomon and he is playing the son of Vincent, a business man’s character played by Mukesh. Vinu Mohan plays his brother character and Muthumani as his sister. When they started filming, they had not titled the movie.

Now they found a title for the flick and it is Jomonte Suvisheshangal, a typical Sathyan Anthikkad style of title. The film will be shot at Thirupoor and Kumbhakonam as well after completing the shoot at Thrissur. Anupama Parameshwaran is playing female lead in this movie.

As per reports, there will be one more heroine in this movie and they had not yet decided about who will play that character. Anupama Parameswaran’s character name in this movie is Katherine.

The film is producing by Sethu Mannarkkadu under the banner of Full Moon Cinemas and artists like Innocent, Irshad, Jacob Gregory, Indhu Thambi, Rasna etc also is a part of this film. S Kumar is the DOP of this movie and the songs were tuned by Vidyasagar.

Iqbal Kuttippuram had written the screenplay of this movie after Oru Indian Pranaya Kadha which was directed by Sathyan Anthikkad with Fahad Fazil in the lead.

Oppam is the upcoming film from Mohanlal-Priyadarshan team and it will hit the screens on the coming Thursday. The film is already created great hype in social media through its fantastic trailer and the song video which released few weeks back. All the songs from the movie had become chartbusters and it had become the most liked songs released here this year.

Oppam is a crime thriller in which Mohanlal playing a blind man character named Jayaraman. The trailer of this film was edited by popular Mollywood director Alphonse Puthren and got great appreciation from all over.

Now popular director Ram Gopal Varma aka RGV had shared the Oppam trailer saying that when he saw the trailer, he felt that it was a far better version of Hollywood movie Taken, starred by Liam Neeson. He felt that Oppam movie has been inspired from Taken.

But as a matter of fact Priyadarshan already told in many media interviews that Oppam is a genuine creation and has nothing to do with any other language movies. In fact the film Karmayodha starred by Mohanlal and directed by Major Ravi was inspired from Taken. It seems that Ram Gopal Varma got it all wrong this time. But still he said it looks a far better version and that can be taken as a compliment as well.

Ram Gopal Varma had made the movie named Company in Hindi in which Mohanlal played a lead role and got IIFA award as well for his performance in it. According to RGV, Mohanlal is the Robert Di Nero of Indian cinema.

Mohanlal and Jr NTR together repaired the box office records in Tollywood and their film named Janatha Garage had made a royal entry to the 100 crore club like a boss. As per the reports coming in, the film had got more than 60 crore share from its worldwide run in just 5 days. The flick had already covered more than 85% of the investment by the global distributors in it. The film had done a pre-release business of 67 crores.

Now the global share of the film had touched 60 crores and the flick has been creating new box office records in Tollywood. As per the latest reports that is coming in, the 5 day worldwide gross of the movie is above 110 crore. From USA alone it had raked in an amount near 10 crore from 5 days and it is outstanding.

From Kerala, the flick had got 2.8 crore from 3 days and it was a record here as well for a dubbed movie. It is the first ever movie of both Mohanlal and Jr NTR which had crossed the 100 crore mark and both has equal role in achieving this magical feat. The stardom and performance of both these actors had helped the movie to get wide spread popularity and their names really made the people to flow in to the cinema halls.

Dulquer Salmaan is one of the most followed young stars here in Mollywood and Vineeth Sreenivasan is one of the most popular person from Mollywood here in Kerala. He is popular as an actor, singer, writer and director here. He had also produced a movie and it will reach screens very soon.

This multi-talented youngster, the son of actor/writer/director Sreenivasan, had made his directorial debut through the movie named Malarvadi Arts Club which had introduced actors like Nivin Pauly, Aju Varghese etc in Mollywood. It was a successful film and later he had directed big successes like Thattathin Marayathu, Jacobinte Swargarajyam etc with Nivin Pauly.

He had written blockbusters like Oru Vadakkan selfie for G Prajith-Nivin Pauly team as well. Now, he revealed in a media interview that, he had approached Dulquer Salmaan for a movie even before he did Malarvadi Arts Club.

He approached Dulquer with a story written by him and he wants Dulquer to produce the movie. Dulquer liked the first half and wanted a little better second half. When Vineeth Sreenivasan read it out to Sreenivasan, he not at all liked it and that project shelved at that moment itself.

Fans of both these artists now wants them to join together for a movie and hope it will happen very soon. Both Dulquer and Vineeth Sreenivasan shares great friendship from childhood.

Ex-Chief Minister Oomen Chandy said that Mammootty is an artist who always there to help the ones who needs it. He always had time for giving his care to people who needs that in our society and that is makes him a great humaan being apart from being a great actor, said Oomen Chandy. Ooman Chandy said this while inaugurating the event there. The award was handed over to Mammootty by Sri Lankan Parliament Speaker Karu Jayasurya.

Mammootty had inaugurated the website of Santhigiri Asram as well during that function. As a start of the adoption process, they had handed over 2 lakhs rupees money to the concerned people. Minister Kadannappali Ramachandran was the one who presided over the event in which many dignitaries from different walks of our society took part.

Janatha Garage, the Koratala Siva scripted and directorial Telugu movie starring Mohanlal and Jr NTR is doing fabulous all over globe and in Kerala too the film had got great reception. Great reviews are pouring in for the movie and even after being a Telugu dubbed film, it is getting very good acceptance here in Kerala.

On the first day itself it got very good reception from Kerala box office as it had raked in amount around 1.07 crore. It was a record as well when we consider the opening day figures of dubbed movies here in Kerala. Mohanlal had once again set a new record here in Mollywood.

As per the latest reports coming in from the trade guides in our industry, the film had raked in 2.7 crore from its first weekend and it was a great figure considering it as a dubbed movie.

Even though it had got a 4 day window in its first weekend, because of the all India strike on Friday, there was no shows on that day for the film. So it got only 3 day run here in the first weekend.

The multiplexes at Ernakulam is showing only an average response, but in the single screens, the flick is doing great. The movie had collected around 87 crores from 4 days in its worldwide run.

Janatha Garage Review

Janatha Garage, the most awaited South Indian movie has released on Thursday starring the Complete Actor Mohanlal and Young Tiger of Telugu Industry, Jr NTR. It was scripted and directed by Koratala Siva and Mythri Movie Makers had produced the flick.

Mohanlal plays the character named Sathyam who believes that it his duty to help and protect others and Jr NTR plays the character named Anand who is lover of nature. The plot revolves around these two characters. Sathyam starts to work in a Garage which was built and given to him by his brother. Later he had to fight for the justice of people. When law fails to provide justice for people, Janatha Garage becomes their only hope. Janatha Garage started to repair people as well along with vehicles. People began to depend on Janatha Garage for anything and everything. There comes some big changes the life of Sathyam and family.

Even though there is not much freshness in the subject, the plus point in the plot was that, the director Koratala Siva had mixed the class and mass elements in right proportions. After the films like Mirchi and Srimanthudu, which are his first two films, Koratala Siva had successfully used that class and mass mix technique in this movie as well. Powerful dialogues are the highlight of his this film.

No one can call this as a pure NTR Movie or a pure Mohanlal movie, as it belong to both of them. Because the director had provided equal importance for both the stars in the plot. He had given a great role to Mohanlal and both Jr NTR and Mohanlal stood head to head in the movie in terms of the importance of their characters. The director needs to be appreciated for that.

Both of them had given great performances. Jr. NTR shines in dance and action sequences and Mohanlal had given heart touching performance in emotional scenes. He once again showed the world why he is been called the Complete Actor with a stunning performance as Sathyam. Last month he had delivered a terrific performance in Manamantha as well. Female leads were as usual there for some romance and song sequences. Samantha and Nithya Menon came as female leads and Kajal Agarwal had done an item number. They don’t have much screen space in the male dominated movie.

Even though the story of the movie is based on the old Telugu formula, the director had presented it splendidly giving equal space for two super stars from different film industries. It never made the audience to yawn inside the cinema halls and it was great entertainment indeed from the Janatha Garage team. In the first half we saw the building up of the main plot with character descriptions. Second half gives us clear hints to where the movie is going and the climax was also predictable. But above all these, the film is a good watchable Telugu movie for the people who loves entertainers.

After the Amala Paul-AL Vijay divorce issue, another couple from film industry is getting divorced and it will be actor Bala and his wife Amrutha Suresh, who is a popular singer here in Kerala. We had already heard about the issues between them from last year and now they are getting divorced finally.

Earlier Bala had said to media that he is going to get divorce from Amrutha Suresh, when this issue started to make news in Media. But at that time Amrutha Suresh denied all this and said that there is no such big problems between Bala and her. But now the picture is getting clearer as the duo had come to the family court for counselling. They came at the family court at Kaloor for this.

They had got married in the year 2010. They met during a TV program in which Amrutha Suresh was a contestant and Bala came a Judge in that program. Bala will be seen with Complete Actor Mohanlal in the upcoming big budget film Puli Murugan.
