Puli Murugan release date confirmed

At last Puli Murugan, the Mohanlal starrer Vysakh movie got a release date. Director Vysakh had confirmed that the film will hit the screens on this coming October 7. It will be a Pooja Release of this year in Mollywood and will be the biggest release in Malayalam ever. The flick has been touted as the biggest budget film till now in Mohanlal’s career and it said to be the biggest budget movie in Mollywood till now as well.

The film started its filming in last year August and took a long time to complete because of the wide canvas that the movie needed. Tomichan Mulakupadam, the producer of the movie earlier told that they were looking to release the movie in the Eid season this year. But the delay in it’s post production works made them to look for another date. The film is reportedly releasing in 7 languages and the team is planning a gigantic worldwide release as well.

Director Vysakh said that there were many baseless rumours doing its round in social media about this movie and the delay in its releasing. He requested the film lovers not to believe such cooked up stories.

Peter hein, the most valuable stunt master choreographed the stunt sequences in this flick, which has artists like Lal, Jagapathi Babu, Kishore, Makarand Deshpande, Kamalini, Suraj etc playing important roles along with Mohanlal.

Prithviraj to come up with 3 big budget movies

Young Super Star Prithviraj is all set to do 3 big budget movies next year. RS Vimal directorial epic movie Karnnan, Blessy directorial movie Aadu Jeevitham and Sachi directorial untitled period film etc are the big budget projects of Prithviraj. Last year he had announced two more projects as well but there is some confusion regarding those projects now. Hariharan’s Syamanthakam and another one named Kunchirakottu Kali are those two uncertain projects.

Karnan will start filming from next year beginning and the pre-production works are in full swing. Venu Kunnappilly is producing this film which will be made using a budget around 100 crores. Aadu Jeevitham by Blessy also will be a big budget project and it will be made in 3D. The long filming schedules needed for this flick making it a big budget affair.

Then comes the next directorial venture of Sachi after Anarkali. It will be a period movie set against the backdrop of 1950’s and it will be shot in Sri Lanka, England etc. The heroine will be from Sri Lanka and one heroine will be there from England as well. Gokulam Gopalan is producing this flick which will be made using a budget around 35 crores. TS Suresh Babu will write the screenplay of this movie.

His next release will be Jeethu Joseph directorial movie Oozham and the budget of this flick is said to be 12 crore. He is acting in a film named Ezra, directed by Jayakarishnan and it is said to be making using a budget above 10 crore. His upcoming movies like My story, Vimanam etc also said to be big budget ones, which all need more than 10 crore to complete it.

Kabali, the much awaited Kollywood movie starred by none other than Super Star Rajinikanth is all set to hit the screens from this coming Friday. This Pa Ranjith scripted and directed movie is a much anticipated one in Indian Cinema now and everything related to this movie is becoming a news. The flick had already minted rupees 223 crore even before its release, through selling its distribution rights and other rights.

Now, Kalaipuli S Thanu, who bankrolled this movie under the banner of V creations said that Kabali has the potential to surpass the records set by Baahubali, which is the biggest success from South Indian Cinema and the 3rd biggest success in Indian Cinema as well. Baahubali had made 600 crores from its worldwide run.

The Saptamukhi 2016 show organized by Mahalekshmi Silks had conducted at Kottayam last day and the main attraction of this fabulous event was the presence of popular Bollywood actress Juhi Chawla. She came as a show stopper at the function and walked on the ramp on the 3rd round of the show. The interesting thing happened in the event was that Juhi Chawla had walked on the ramp recreating the song from the Mollywood movie Harikrishnans in which she played the female lead opposite both Mohanlal and Mammootty. Ramesh Pisharody and Dharmajan played their parts in the recreation of that song on the ramp as well.

Juhi had walked on the ramp playing the song “Ponnambal Puzhayirambil Nammal” and she wore the Rashipattu from Mahalekshmi Silks while on the ramp. Dharmajan imitated Mohanlal and Ramesh Pisharody imitated Mammootty in that song sequence they recreated on stage and 3 of them had created the event a stunning one with their performance on the stage.

Super Star Rajinikanth starrer much awaited Kollywood movie Kabali is all set to hit the screens on this coming Friday. The anticipation level and hype is gone up to sky level as well. Fans and film lovers gearing up for Kabali Celebration on July 22 with all hope and now a bad news is coming in for the team of the film.

As per reports coming in, Kabali movie is leaked online and people downloaded it as well. If the news is true, then the pirated print will spread like wildfire and it will affect the movie big time. The Kabali team had already done required things to disable those download links and producer Kalaipuli S Thanu already went to court in order to remove those sites which uploads pirated prints online.

Report says that the censor copy of the flick has been leaked from Chennai as its censoring was at Chennai. Earlier the censor copies of movies like Udta Punjab, Sultan and Great Grand Masti etc were also leaked. Censor Board Chairman Pahlaj Nihalani said that the box office collection of the movie will not be affected because it is a Super Star movie.

He tweeted that the ones who are behind this not spared Rajnikanth either. He also said that the Mumbai office of censor board had nothing to do with the leakage from Chennai.

The makers had requested the fans of the Super Star to not to watch this movie online.

Pa Ranjith said that he was tensed before he invited Rajinikanth to watch the preview of the movie. Pa Ranjith feared that Rajinikanth will ask him why the heroic element is so less in this movie. But after watching the flick, Rajinikanth said to Ranjith that this is not at all a Rajinikanth movie. But it is a complete Ranjith movie. He said that the movie had come out superbly and everybody going to love this flick.
