Jude Antony Joseph is one of the celebrities who is very much active in Social Media through his Facebook and page he expresses his opinion on every matters that is happening in our society. As a citizen had the right to express his honest and personal opinion and he is doing that bravely as well. But it is a fact that every opinion of his will not be welcomed with applause. Yes, there are some posts and opinions of him got appreciation and support. But many of them got great opposition from the people who follows from all around India.

So, we witnessed many situations when Jude Antony had took part is heated online conversations with the ones who criticizes him with some abusive words or something like that. Some of them were challenged him as well in his Facebook page that they will boo away the next film of him when it releases and make him study a lesson about the power of the audience. Jude Antony had took it up as a challenge and he says that he is all set for an All India release of his next film which will come next year and will help to reach to more people who wants to boo it away. He wants to see what happens then.

Jude Antony says that even before he comes to cinema he was active in Social Media and expresses his opinions there. But becoming a celebrity after the success of his first film Om Shanti Oshana does not mean that he had any prohibition fallen on him to express what his mind says about the things happening around. But some people things like that. He says he is not a fool to think that everyone will have the same opinion as of his.

So is always prepared to face healthy criticisms as well as creative sarcasms. But he can’t tolerate when one comes and abuses him without any moral sense or do something like that in his Facebook page. Then his reaction will also be like that to those ones.

Pathemari getting excellent reception in gulf as well

Mammootty starrer film Pathemari, directed by Salim Ahammad had released here in Kerala on October 9th and got great reviews. It already become a classic film here and Mammootty’s performance was also highly appreciated. The film had got around 10 crore rupees box office collections from Kerala and become a hit here. The high budget around 8-9 crore that made it just a hit even though got a collection around 10 cr rupees from here. Now the film had released in Gulf countries as well. It’s Gulf release was on this November 19th and as per reports the film is getting great reception there as well.

The reception the film getting there was quite natural as well because it is telling the story of the people lives there especially the malayalees goes, works and struggles there for the family of theirs who are living in Kerala. So it is natural that they accepting the film with both hands. The film has top performances from actors like Sreenivasan, Joy Mathew, Siddique etc and Jewel Mary also shined as the heroine of the film.

The technical side of the film which had Rasool Pookutty, Madhu Ambat etc also done a great Job with the real star of the film Salim Ahammad, who had written the screenplay and then directed the film. The collection report from the gulf box office had not yet came and when comes we will update that to you all.

In Kerala Pathemari is now on the verge of termination after completing the 50 days of run as it is now only has screens around 10 in whole Kerala. The new releases had affected its collections as well as the number of screens. But the Gulf box office seems to be in a rescue act for Pathemari by giving it a warm welcome there. Films like Ennu Ninte Moideen, Amar Akbar Anthony are the ones which really made Pathemari to go behind in Box office collections here in Kerala.

Reportedly the film may get 7 crore rupees Satellite right as well due to the heavy popularity it got through critical appreciation.

The grand success of Amar Akbar Anthony directed by Nadirsha had given immense popularity and attention to many artists. Child artist Meenakshi and script writers of the film, Bibin and Vishnu etc are those ones who got great attention through the film. Apart from that another actor named Shafiqu Rahiman also become popular through this film who played one of the key characters in the film.

He played the character of a Bengali worker (Dhappan) with negative shades. He had played that character with such perfection that everyone thought that he is a real Bengali. Shafiqu says that he had to thank Prithviraj as he gave him great support while acting together and that is why he able to play that character with confidence.

He says that his first scene was with Prithviraj and right from the word go Prithviraj was very much supportive. Shafiqu also said that he has been very lucky to share screen space with actors like Prithviraj, Indrajith, Jayasurya etc and he also thanked director Nadirsha for giving him the opportunity to play such a key role in his film. Shafiqu said that it was Nadirsha’s confidence in him that gave him the strength to do that role and he owes Nadirsha for believing in him and his abilities.

Amar Akbar Anthony had already crossed 30 crores total gross till now and one of the biggest successes of Mollywood. Shafique is getting many offers after the success of this film.

Police arrested the one who spread Amar Akbar Anthony pirated print

Piracy is one of the biggest problems that kills our cinema and the main reason for the downfall of our film industry. Recently we saw great controversy in this matter when the censor copy of the film Premam came out and spread all over. Still the trend goes on without any stopping and blockage. Because after that issue we saw many such issues of piracy came up in Kerala when the pirated prints of Tamil and Malayalam cinema started coming in internet and through pirated CD/DVD’s in market within weeks of the release of the film in screens.

The latest on this list is the blockbuster film Amar Akbar Anthony. Its pirated version was released in the market long days back and somehow police had made an arrest last day. Police had arrested a man for spreading the pirated print of the film.

The arrested one was a Njarakkal native and his name is Sreekanth. He is a 30 year old youngster who made and spread the pirated CD/DVD’s of the film Amar Akbar Anthony and last day Thrikkakkara police made the arrest and seized all the CD/DVD’s of the film from his custody. Kalamasserry CI C J Martin, Thrikkakkara SI Vipin Das etc lead the operation that lead to the arrest of the culprit. SI Eldho, ASI Jabbar, woman CPOS Prami Mol, Priya etc were took part in the police operation. Police said that they will start more investigation on this and go in to a detailed operation to find out its roots.

Amar Akbar Anthony directed by Nadirsha starring Prithviraj, Jayasurya and Indrajith had got great support from the Malayali audience and become the 5th blockbuster of this year in box office of Mollywood and second one starring Prithviraj in it. The film had crossed 30 crore gross collection from Kerala and the piracy said to have affected it as the collections have dropped drastically down in the last one or two weeks. Some other films also suffering the same fate and hope that police will find out the main culprits very soon.

Now Shiva Sena also came against him with a unique way of protest. They had offered 1 lakh rupees cash prize to the ones who slaps Aamir Khan on his face as a protest against his comments.

The Punjab unit of Shiv Sena had come forward with this unique and in a sense cruel method against a citizen of India who just expressed his opinion only. Amair Khan is a person who won High Civilian Honors from Indian Government as well. The Punjab Unit of Shiv Sena had made this announcement during a protest they organized in front of the hotel MBD Raddison Blu in Ludhiana where Aamir Khan stays now as he is busy with the shooting of his new film Dangal in Ludhiana now.

The Shiv Sena workers were used abusive language against Aamir Khan and they said that they are giving chance to the hotel workers and the film crew members to slap Aamir Khan and whoever slaps him will get 1 Lakh rupees per slap from Ludhiana wing of Shiv Sena.

They were going violent as well by burning photographs of Aamir Khan and they even tried to enter in to the hotel as well. Police and hotel workers had a hard time to control them. Police protection had increased for Aamir khan and Hotel staff also taking extra caution against anyone going near Aamir Khan. As per reports he may leave Ludhiana by today evening or may be tomorrow.

Will Vijay’s Theri surpass Ajith’s Vedalam records

Yesterday was a day of celebration for Vijay fans, as the first look poster and title of Ilaya Thalapathy’s upcoming film directed by Raja Rani fame director Atlee has come out after long waiting. And when it came it had become viral and trending in all social media platforms and getting fabulous reception from all over. The title of the film is Theri and such a mass title had really wake up all Vijay fans who were in a bit of disappointment after the debacle of Vijay’s previous film Puli directed by Chimbu devan in this year October.

But now everyone looking for another interesting thing as well. Everyone now believes that Ilaya Thalapathy’s Theri will beat the collection records created by Ajith’s Vedalam recently in Tamil Nadu Box office. Vedalam has beaten some records at box office which was held previously by Vijay-AR Murugados team’s blockbuster film Kaththi which released last year.

Kaththi had created many records at box office and grossed more than 100 crore from box office as well. Vedalam also does it as per reports or on the verge of crossing at as financer of the film says. It already hailed as the biggest hit of Ajith’s career as well. Now when we see the frenzy over the first look poster and title of the upcoming Vijay film in which he is playing an out and out cop role for the first time in his career, it seems that it will break all the existing collection records when it comes out on the silver screen.

There are so much expectation on it because it is directing by Atlee who already one the appreciation of class and mass loving audience alike through his previous film Raja Rani. When a promising and talented film maker joins hands with the biggest star in the town anything can happen in the box office and It really seems Ajith’s Vedalam records are in real trouble with Theri is coming early next year on silver screen.

At last the wait is over for the Vijay fans and film lovers worldwide as the Atlee directorial Vijay film, which is his 59th film was titled as Theri. Till now it has been called as Vijay 59 tentatively and everyone was very much awaiting for the title of this Vijay film as the project is also a much awaited one. The last film of Vijay directed by Chimbu Devan titled Puli was a failure and because of that this Atlee directorial film has become much anticipated as everyone expects that Vijay will make a grand comeback through this film which is said to be an early next year release. Some says it will come in Pongal and some reports says it will come in next year Mayor June only.

Atlee is very much popular for his super success and critically appreciated entertainer named Raja Rani which had Arya, Jai, Nazriya and Nayan Thara in the lead. So when one of the most valuable star in Tamil joins hands with one of the most promising film maker in the town, the expectations are bound to rise. In this film there is an interesting thing that Vijay is coming as a full-fledged Police Officer role for the first time in his career.

Even though he had played some cop roles before in films like Pokkiri, Jilla etc, those were not full-fledged ones. But this one will be different. He is reportedly playing an assistant commissioner of Police in Chennai in this film. The film has two heroines and they are Samantha and Amy Jackson. One female lead will come in a flash back part of the film as per reports.

Nivin Pauly is a revelation that happened in Malayalam cinema from last year. He suddenly came up from the bottom of the table with continuous successes and undeniable mass support.

Mohanlal, Nivin Pauly and Prithvi Raj are the top 3 actors respectively who had given the top 3 industry hits of Malayalam cinema as well named Drishyam, Premam and Ennu Ninte Moideen. So if they comes together, a new history will be created for sure and let’s keep your fingers crossed for the project to happen next year or later.
