Actor Suresh Gopi once again proving that how good a human being can be by helping the people who really needs help to survive. Whatever may be the politics he endorses his heart is filled with love and care of his fellow men in the society and we have to appreciate that. Suresh Gopi had to tolerate many trolling and insulting through social media pages and by some other people of different political parties due to his political stands and personal stands in many matters. But he always raised above all that showing the world that humanity is not dead here it still lives through people like him.

Few days back a story of an age old woman named Shahida had went viral through social media. She had told her story through a radio program in the radio channel named Gold FM. The radio jockey named Vysakh who hear that story of her deeply moved by her story and shared it through his facebook profile. It went viral within quick time. Shahida is 62 year old women who working as a servant in a house in Sharjah.

She has been working there for many years and with the money she got from that work were used to marry off her 3 daughters. She cannot even have much money now to own 2 cent of land here at Kerala and she can’t even come to Kerala at the time of the death of her father as well as her husband. She cannot have enough money to come here. With aid of Gold FM radio channel program named Gold FM home for Eid she had now came back to Kerala.

But the news is that when Suresh Gopi heard about the story of Shahida which wen viral through social media he offered to give her 2 lakh rupees and now she can fulfill her dream of owning a 2 cent of land in her mother land. RJ Vysakh had said that Sursh Gopi contacted him and give him the assurance of giving 2 lakh rupees to Shahida. He expresses the happiness of Shahida as well as great gratitude to the good heart of Suresh Gopi to help that old woman.

The waves that Baahubali has created all over India are still going on and the one who made it was SS Rajamouli. He is been undisputedly crowned as the best director in India by the film lovers who stunned after seeing the magnum opus Baahubali on the silver screen and they believes that only SS Rajamouli can do such wonders and create such brilliant films which can stand up to even the best of Hollywood films in technical perfection and in the power of imagination. In all the sense he is an epic film maker as well.

SS Rajamouli had great fan following in Kerala too and the film is also doing stunningly well here. The audio launch of the film had happened in Kerala and also it is here that the distributors had made the largest ever poster in the world for the promotion of Baahubali which in fact created a new world record and entered the Limca Book of records as well.

For the audio release when Rajamouli came here and while he was giving interviews to popular medias here he said that from his childhood he is a great fan of Mollywood super star Mohanlal and he is always stunned by Mohanlal’s amazing subtlety in acting and he wondered how this actor comes up with such breathtaking and unbelievably amazing performance on screen. Raja mauli also added that to do a film with Mohanlal is one of his dreams as well. But he was not sure about whether that will be in Mollywood or not as his Malayalam is not at all good.

Now the breaking news coming in that next year SS Rajamouli is all set to join hands with his hero Mohanlal and they are planning to do a film together in 2016. The news came out from the sources close to Mohanlal and now everyone is waiting for the official confirmation of the news. Earlier some news reports said that Rajamouli is planning to make Mahabharatha and Mohanlal will play the character of Bheema in that epic film. W

e don’t really know the status of this news 100% but it is a great news indeed for the fans of Mohanlal and film lovers all over the country as if it happened we can witness the coming together of the best director and best actor in our country today.

Malayali touch in Baahubali

The Epic film Baahubali which is making waves all around has some touch from Malayalees too. We know there are some Malayalees who worked behind the camera for the film. They are Manu Jagat and Sabu Cyril. Manu Jagat was the art director of the film who had made all the sets for this epic film and surely it is one of the major highlights of the film and a reason for its success too. Sabu Cyril is the production designer of the film and he is the one who is behind all the preparations behind the camera in the pre-production and post production stage. He is the one who is the central pillar of all the researches made to complete the structure of the film.

But there is a Malayali touch can be seen in front of the camera as well. Actresses like Rohini, Ramya Krishnan had acted in a fair bit of Malayalam films but they were not actually Malayalees. Then from where the Malayali touch has come from..? The so called Malayali touch had come from Neeleeshwaram near Kalady. The child we saw playing the childhood of Baahubali- the new born baby character of Baahubali is played by Akshitha who is a Malayali child born to Valsan and Smitha couple living at Neeleshwaram near Kalady in Kerala. The new born baby whom we see in the character named Shivagami played by Ramya Krishnan is actually Akshitha and it was filmed when Akshitha has only 18 days of age.

Akshitha’s father Valsan was one of the production executives of the film Bahubali when it had shoot in Kerala and at that time Akshitha had acted in the film. But they never told about this to anybody as they were not very sure about in how many scenes in which their daughter might be seen. But only after the release of the film that they come to know that their daughter is in a number of scenes and also a key one.

The shoot of Akshitha’s part was completed using 5 days and it was quite a challenge for them to make their child of just 18 days of age to act in front of the camera or just put her in front of the movie camera.

Bangalore Days Tamil version in title trouble

As you all know the mega success of Mollywood last year named Bangalore Days which was helmed by Anjali Menon and financed jointly by Anwar Rasheed and Sophia Paul has been remade to Kollywood with a star cast of Arya, Rana Daggubati, Sri Divya and Bobby Sinha along with Laxmi Rai and Parvathy Menon were also very popular in Kollywood. Popular film maker Bhaskar had directed the flick which was financed by Prasad Potluri.

The flick’s Tamil makers had set the background of the story Singapore rather than in Bangalore which was the story background in the original mollywood version of the film. Baahubali fame Rana Daggubati replaced Fahad Fazil’s character named Shiva, Arya replaced Dulquer Salmaan’s character Arjun and Bobby Sinha replaced Nivin Pauli’s character named Kuttan in the Tamil version. The female lead Nazriya’s character has been done by Sri Divya in Tamil version and Parvathy Menon had retained her place in Tamil version as well along with music director Gopi Sundar who had also retained his position in the Tamil version.

The film had begun its shooting without confirming a title an after the shoot they had confirmed the title of the film and it was ADMK-Arjun Divya Mattrum Karthik and now that title landed them in to trouble as well. ADMK is one of the major political party in Tamilnadu and the title of the film which is the same is alleged of political undertones by the supporters of that political party and this had made the makers of the film to land in trouble over the title and later the release of the film.

The flick has name after its central characters of Arjun, Divya, Karthik etc and had nothing to do with any political issue or political party. As of now they had submitted the film for approval of its title and they are waiting for the approval as well. Sources says that by this month end everything will be sorted out but we still not clear about if the title will be approve or not due to the political issue and if it not then they have to change title of the film.

The makers are reportedly searching for a better option for title as the director himself is not much happy with the current one as per reports.

Kunchacko Boban is one actor who always wanted to try different kinds of looks and character patterns in his career even though he usually gets the same type of characters started from his debut through Aniyathipravu conceive by Fazil. Some years later, after staying away from cinema for sometimes he came back with some different type of characters and got the appreciation from the spectators as well as from the critics and he is also very keen to work with new directors.

We have seen his success with new directors such as Sugeeth (director of Ordinary) 2 years back and his latest flick with Sugeeth title Madhura Naranga is also a success. And another new director is stepping to the world of Mollywood with a Kunchacko Boban film and his name is Rishi Sivakumar. Their films title itself is very interesting and unique which is Valleem Thetti Pulleem Thetti.

The film expected to be a unique kind of film and Kunchacko Boban is trying out a retro-modern look in this film to give the audience the experience of evergreen 90’s and to recreate the magical romantic world of the 90’s. Even though it is a romantic film it has Kunchacko Boban in angry young man character as well. He is working out well for the character for this flick and all set to reduce 10 kg to be fit to play the character. The director Rishi Sivakumar himself is writing the script of the film and which is expected to roll from this month.

The director said to the media that the story of the film is set in a village in 90’s and discusses the entry of globalization to this village in a satirical manner. As per reports the plot revolves around a C-Class talkies in the village and a 10 day festival happens there. The angry you man character played by Kunchacko Boban and the identity of that character will trigger the movement of the story to another level.

This flick will be financed by Faizal Latheef under his production banner named Achappu movie magic and will be his second production venture after Daivathinte Swantham Cleetus starring Mammootty and helmed by G.Marthandan. Cinematographer S Kumar’s son Kunjunni S Kumar will be the DOP of the film and debutant Soorej S Kuruppu will manage the section music.

Baahubali now in 300 crore club

The latest collection report of the magnum opus film Baahubali is out and without any surprise it had reached the 300 crore club within 9 days. And it is the first south Indian film to enter in to the 300 crore club. The previous record was that of Rajinikanth starrer film directed by Shankar named Enthiran which had got a total collection of 290 crores from box office and Baahubali surpassed the life time gross of Enthiran in just 9 days of its theatrical run around the Globe. The collection reports and the new milestones were confirmed by trade analysts as well. According to famous trade analyst Trinath the flick has collected approximately 303 crore rupees from worldwide theater run.

Another record also set by Baahubali is that its Hindi dubbed version has got a net amount over 50 crores from this 9 days as well. Even after the much awaited Salman Khan starred Bhajrangi Bhaijan’s release Baahubali is going strong there. Salman starrer has got great reviews and appreciation but still can’t bother Baahubali much with its numbers at box office.

Even though there has been drop in collection everywhere that is quite natural as many people had already seen the film because of the wide release and also due to the arrival of many regional releases. But no one can pose any challenge to Baahubali till now. In Kerala too the film has been still doing stunning business and thrashing all Malayalam releases as well. Even the big films from Mollywood is finding it hard to stand in front of Baahubali. Rain and other things does not seems to be affecting Baahubali as well. People flowing to theater irrespective of which version of the film is playing.

The youngsters also watching it 2-3 times and the repeated audience itself making it a mass hit here. Baahubali is going to the biggest success ever got by another language film in Kerala as well. No Telugu or Tamil or in case of Hindi film had ever got such an acceptance in Kerala box office and Baahubali is defying all odds.

The reason for that was a letter written by a boy studying in 3rd standard to her. The boy’s names is Tapan Parameshwaran who is from Trivandrum district. The boy’s innocent words have great impact on people and the letter is going viral in social media circles as well.

In that letter the boy asks her that how could she stand for street dogs which kills even little children and also spread rabbies all around by biting everyone it sees on its way. The boy sites her travel experience she shared through a travel magazines in which she had took photo with an elephant hanging on its tusks and also climbing over the top of that elephant. The boy asks if she is so concerned about animals why it is in the case of street dogs only. That elephant is also an animal which is cruelly trained by human beings to make it under their control. The tusks on which she herself hanged to take a picture was its teeth which is extended out and it can hurt that animal. Why did she do that to it if she loves animals?

Tapan tells that she does not seems to show any compassion to that helpless elephants and then why she is showing that much compassion to the street dogs which affected with rabbies virus and which kills even little children. He says that his father says her activities are for publicity or for money. Tapan also says that he just wrote what he had in the mind when he saw what she is doing about this street dog issue and he says that she is making a wild cry about it when actually the society really needs to get rid of that affected street dogs.

Tapan Paramrshawar’s letter anyway getting great applause from all medias and Ranjini seems to be feeling the heat now and the situation is really getting hot as well.

Just before the release of Baahubali the talking point of everyone in social media was Premam and the piracy issue that affected the film. Various allegations had made against many people in this case without any logic and base. Fan fights were happened in social media circle behind the cover of supporting Premam. Anti-piracy cell and Kerala police had took the investigation to another level and the tightening of the screws means that the ones who behind this was evidently running to keep themselves safe from the law enforcement organizations.

But by the release of Baahubali everybody turns their eyes and thoughts about that film and in social media specially people had forget about Premam and the piracy issue literally. But our Ant-Piracy cell was on the move all these days and the update came from them last day says that they had almost on the verge of arresting the one who is really behind the leaking of the censor copy. They waiting just a few time more to collect more evidence to tighten the screws on him. The culprit as per reports is one of the crew member of the film itself and said to be one among the editors of the film.

Anti-Piracy cell and police had made lots of raids and interrogation among the members of the film’s crew itself and from that raid they got some hard discs and other evidences. It has been proved that the print which bears the water mark of censor copy had leaked out from one of hat hard disc police seized and police now quite sure of who did this as well. They are just waiting for the some results to come out as well to ensure their suspicion.

They had already arrested some students weeks ago for uploading the print of the film into various websites and also conducted a raid in the censor board office in order to seize the DVD which has given to them by the crew for the censoring of the film. The sources from inside says that there has been two DVD ‘s which was prepared to give to censor board but only one has been given by the one who has entrusted to carry it and give it to the board.

Double Barrel to become first internet release film from Mollywood

Lijo Jose Pellissery directorial film Double Barrel is confirmed to release in this coming Onam season after a series of postponement of the release dates of the film started from March this year. And now the update came from the production house of the film says that Double Barrel will be the first Internet release film from Mollywood. In countries except India and UAE the film is preparing to reach through internet and August Cinema which is financing the film is in talks with Major banners who does the internet release of the movie across the globe.

Double Barrel is one of the highest budget films ever made in Mollywood as per reports and have a stunning young star cast to attract the spectators as well as exciting them. Lijo Jose Pellissery is also an exciting prospect as his films have always something unique or fresh in it and the Mollywood film lovers appreciated it with the success they given to his last film with Fahad Fazil in the lead titled as Amen. Even though they had turn their face against some of his earlier films even after getting good critics opinion. But Aamen had really opened their mind towards him and now Lijo Jose Pellissery is an exciting name among the Malayalam film lovers and specially among the younger generation.
