Tamil remake of Bangalore Days launched in Chennai
There has been many speculations and rumours regarding the Tamil remake of the Bollywood blockbuster of 2014 named Bangalore Days and now putting to rest all that speculations and rumours, the Kollywood remake of the film had launched in Chennai and the pooja function of the Malayalam muti-starre blockbuster was held on 2015 March 18th, Wednesday.
In the Kollywood version of the film , other than Parvati Menon who played the heroine of Dulquer Salmaan in the Malayalam version all other actors and actresses were replaced in the Tamil version and the new star cast in Tamil version consist of Rana Daggubati, Young star Arya, Sri Divya and Bobby Simha (Neram Fame). The character which Dulquer Salmaan played in the Mollywood version will be played by Arya in the kollywood version. Fahadh Faasil’s character in the mollywood version will be enacted by Rana Daggubati in the Tamil version and Sri Divya will replace Nazriya Nazim in the Tamil version. Nivin Pauly’s character in the Malayalam version will be done by Bobby Simha in the Tamil remake.
The other one who was retained from the original Malayalam version of the film by the makers of Tamil version is the director of music, Mr. Gopi Sundar. And the one who is going to direct the kollywood version of the film is Bhaskar who gave successful films like Bommarillu and Parugu. The makers have planned it to make both in Tamil and Telugu and that too with the same director and now reports are coming in that they decided to opt different directors for different languages. The significant change from the Malayalam version is that the story of the film will be set in Singapore rather than Bangalore as the producers of the new version like Dilraju, PVP Cinema and Prasad V Potluri gave green signal to make it in a more wide canvas than the Mollywood version.
The Mollywood version was a phenomenal success directed by Anjal Menon and financed by Anwar Rasheed along with weekend blockbusters. The film has been made at a budget of close to 9 crore rupees had earned around 35 crores from box office and also got good critical appreciation.
Worst director of the year award goes to Prabhu Deva
Actor/director Prabhu Deva had been chosen as the winner of the worst director of the year Golden Kela award of 2014-2015. He is been chosen for this award for his film Action Jackson starring Ajay Devgun and Sonakshi Sinha. For the performance in the same film Sonakshi Sinha had been chosen as the worst actress for the year golden kela award of 2014-2015. The award for the worst film of the year goes to Saifali Khan starrer Humshakkals and the award for the worst song of the year went to the song “Blue hai pani pani..” from the film Yariyan.
Prabhu Deva was a shining star in Kollywood as an actor, director and dance choreographer. He had directed mega hit films like Pokkiri in Kollywood. Later he made his entry into Bollywood as a director with the remake of his hit kollywood film Pokkiri titled as Wanted starring Salman Khan and it was indeed a great success in box office. After that Prabhu Deva decided to stay at Bollywood and directed a handful of films like Rowdy Rathode, RammaiyaaVastavaiyya, R Raj Kumar and Action Jackson.
In these films Rowdy Rathode starred Akshay Kumar and Sonakshi Sinha became a blockbuster at box office and other 3 films were not at all raised to expectation at box office. During this time he did two Tamil films too titled Vedi with Vishaal in the laed and Engeyum Kadhal with Jayam Ravi in the lead, but both films failed at box office. In hindi Sonakshi Sinha is the heroine in most of his films and it is very interesting that both Prabhu Deva and Sonakshi Sinha got the worst director and worst actress award respectively for the same film and this may be an eye opener for both of them to think differently.
Sonakshi is been chosen as the worst actress award for the third consecutive year and it is high time that this talented actress who gave us performance in films like Lootera is wasting her talents by acting in craps like Action Jackson and R Raj Kumar. Anyway Prabhu Deva’s honeymoon at Bollywood seems to be ended and that too on a rather bizzare note.

Another marriage is on cards ? Dileep opens his mind about life
Popular actor Dileep is working with a busy schedule and he has a handful of different films this year. Dileep’s next one to hit the screens is Suresh Divakar directorial Malayalam remake of the Telugu super hit film Maryada Ramanna in the name Ivan Maryadaraman and the film is expected to hit the silver screens all over on April 04, 2015 as per latest reports. He is currently busy with the works of Sidharth Bharathan’s second directorial venture Chandrettan Evideya and super director Jeethu Joseph’s Life of Josootty which is his second outing with the popular actor after the super success of My Boss. And the flick which he will join soon is the Sreebala K Menon directorial debut one.
During this busy schedule of him he opens his mind about his life to Malayala Manorama in an interview with them. Dileep replied in a tactical manner to the question of another marriage. He said rather in a funny manner that he was thinking not about another marriage but about whether to marry or not. He said once it has happened in his life and his better half was not with him anymore. Now he is focusing only on his work and also about the future of his daughter Meenakshi.
He said that everybody wants to know about whether he will marry again or not. But he said that his experience urges him to stay away from that kind of a relation again and he funnily said that these people want him to marry again so that they can make fake news and make him divorce again. Dileep said that life has taught him so much and in his 20 year old career he has gone through a lot of good and bad experiences. He even contemplated suicide when he was producing Twenty 20 for AMMA. Things were not at all going as well as they planned that time and the tension was so high that he just felt to leave it all their and end this life.
But God is been kind to them and all that went well just before the issue with his family had started. He said that he had no time to brood over past experience which are painful as he is an actor who has the duty to make people laugh and happy. So he had to hide all the pain in his mind and have to go on with the life till it seems fairly easy for him to think and live smoothly even with these past memories.
