Swargathekkal Sundaram is an upcoming Malayalam film directed by Manoj Aravindakshan and the lead characters are played by none other than Sreenivasan and Lal, who is also popular as writers and directors. The script of the film is penned down by Rajesh raghavan. This film is a social family drama and the the plot of this movie occurs in a small town in Kerala. As we said it’s a Socially relevant theme tells through a family story and also embellisherd with the typical srrenivasan kind of humour.
The story revolves around three main characters . They are, a family man played by Sreenivasan, a local lottery and real estate agent played by Laland the role of an abkari which will be done by none other than Joy Mathew. The theme of friendship and family emotions of the characters played by Sreenivasanand Lal will be told in a different style in this film and that will be the thing which will make this film stands apart from the usual family dramas we see today.
Another very interesting characters such as ‘Touchings Jaya’, which will be played by Mythili will be one of the highlights of this film and it will be a unique kind of character in Malayalam film and in Mythili’s career too. Actress AshaAravindwill play the wife ofSreenivasan’s character and which will be a challenging role for her. Sreejithravi also plays an important character in this film.
The film will be picturised on locations in and around Kochi. The movie is produced by Shaji Thomas and it will be produced under the banner of Ponnu films. Sameer haq will be the director of Photography and Ayoob khan will handle the editing table. Music will be composed by Rakeshkeshavan to the lyrics written by Engandiyoor Chandra shekharan. Vihayyesudas,Najeemarshad and Renjinijose will be the singers for the tracks. Make up will be done by Rajiv Ankamaly and art direction section will be controlled by Diljith M Das. Costume department will be in the hands of Sunil rahman. Apart from the screenplay, the story of the film also written by Rajesh raghavan.

Personal life
She celebrates her birthday on 17 May 1989 and hails from Moolamattom in Thodupuzha. She is a Christian by birth. Her parents are Varghese and Rosily who do not have a film background. She finished her school education from S.H.E.M. SCHOOL in Thodupuzha.
Professional life
She made her debut in the movie Boy Friend under the direction of Vinayan. She played one of the two female leads. Though she had to share the spotlight with Madhumitha, she certainly made an impact in the movie. She soon committed to a role in the Telugu movie EE Varsham Sakshiga in which she played an important character. She made her first appearance in Kollywood through the movie Mudhal Kanave where she played the role of Jennifer. Before long, she bagged another Telugu movie Aalayam.
She returned to Malayalam with the movie Sound of Boot in which she appeared as Meera Nambiar. Before long, she did a Kannada movie Nanjangud Nanjuda. It is to be noted that she changed her name to Hamsini during this time. Her next project was a Tamil movie Singam Puli where she essayed the role of Gayathri. Though she was busy with the projects in other languages she continued to make her presence felt in Malayalam film industry through the movies such as Uppukandan Brothers Back in Action and the Malayalam version of Ajantha. She also was the part of the Kannada version of the movie.
However, the real breakthrough in her career was the movie Trivandrum Lodge. She depicted the role of an English novelist, Dhwani Nambiar. It was indeed a daring step to take the role as it had sexual implications. Fortunately, the audience was highly pleased with her performance and viewed her character in a positive light. In fact, Dhwani Nambiar has taken her career to the next level. She even decided to remodel her name to Dhwani.
However, she changed her name back to Honey for the movie Anchu Sundharikal. She landed herself into controversy after doing a lip lock scene with Murali Gopi in the movie One By Two. Her other noteworthy movies are Hotel California, Thank You, Daivathinte Swantham Cletus, Ringmaster and the like. She will be a part of the upcoming movies like My God, Pithavinum Puthranum, Parishudhathmavinum and the Tamil movie Gali Brothers.
The latest news that is buzzing in Mollywood is the divorce news of master director Priyadarshannad his wife Lissy. Lissy gave a press note that she and her husband Priyadarshan is going to a file divorce petition in the Chennai family court. She said that they are decided to separate after a 24 year long married life. As it is a very painful time for her, she requested everybody to consider it as a very private issue and don’t make any fuss about it. She also said that their children and close friends are aware of the current situation that lead to the divorce.
Some months earlier the news aws spread that Priyadarshan and lissy are ging to split up. But later Both Priyadarshan and Lissy jointly announced to the media that the news is fake and there is no such issues between them. There was also news at that time that their family friend and great pal ,Mohanlal played a part in pacifying both of them on earlier occasion and it was Mohanlal who played a part in sorting out their issues. But Mohanlal’s efforts vent in vain and now both of them decided upon splitting up as quick as possible.
Priyadarshan and Lissy had a romantic tale to tell as theirs was a love marriage. Lissy had acted in many priyadarshan films as heroin and that professional relation later grow up and ended in their marriage. After marriage Lissy said Good bye to her Acting career and she was looking after the family business and other family matters. Priyadarshan went on to become one of the most valuable director in the Indian film Industry as he got tremendous success in Bollywood and he also got the national award for the Best director some years back for his film ‘Kanjeevaram’.
Lissy later came into the lime light as the Co-owner of Kerala Strikers which is kerala’s team in Celebrity Cricket league. Priyadarshan came to Mollywood with Mohanlal starrer ‘Geethanjali’ last year and Now busy with the post production of his Upcoming film with Jayasurya in the lead, named ‘Aamayum Muyalum’, which all set to hit the screens on December 19th.
Director Marthandan has announced his second film titled as ‘Acha Din’, which means ‘Good day’. Marthandan has made his directorial debut with 2013 film named ‘Daivathinte Swantham Cleetus’ which had Mega star Mammootty in the lead role. In His second film also Marthandan has roped in the Mega star. And he will play the lead role in ‘Acha Din’ also.
The film will be scripted by A C Vijeesh and he was the one who penned the script of ‘Immanuel’, the 2013 film directed by Laljose starring Mammootty. Immanuel was a successful film at box office and it got good critical appreciation too. Immanuel was in fact gave a relief for Mammootty at that time as he was going through a terrible time with continuos flops. Even though ‘Daivathinte swantham cleetus’ by Marthandan was not become a huge hit, it somehow managed to become a profitable venture and Marthandan impressed film viewers with his direction skills.
‘Acha Din’ Expect to go on floors in early 2015 as Mammootty is busy with some other projects. After ‘Divathinte swantham cleetus’ Marthandan had announced a film named ‘Pavada’ starring Young star Prithviraj and Shobhana in the lead roles. There was rumours also heard that the Complete actor Mohanlal will also do an important Role in ‘Paavada’. As of now there is no confirmed report on Mohanlal’s presence in that film and the reports says that ‘Pavada’ will start rolling after Marthandan completes his ‘Acha Din’ with Mammootty.
While Mammootty now slowly coming to the winning track after a miserable last four years as most of his films bombed at the Box office. This year he has got some Good characters like Raghavan in Venu’s ‘Munnariyippu’ and Venu in Ranjith Shanker’s ‘Varsham’ which now getting good reports from viewers as well as from critics. Munnariyippu was a box office failure. Still it counted among one of the best Mammootty had done in recent times with sheer quality of the film. He also got an average success with the commercial potboiler ‘Rajadhi Raja’ in the last onam season. Anyway It will be ‘Good days’ for Marthandan as Mammootty is gaining his form back before he starts ‘Acha Din’.
Dileep is all set for a Grand return after the failure of previous release named ‘Villaliveeran’. The actor is currently completing the shoot of ‘Maryadaraman’ at pollachi and The Popular actor’s upcoming film is titled as ‘Chandrettan Evideya’, which will be directed by Sidharth Bharathan. Anusree and Vedhika will play the female leads in this flick. The film also will have veteran actor Prathap Pothen and KPAC Lalitha in significant roles.
Shyju Khalid will be the DOP of the film and he is one of the co-producer of the film too. Prashanth Pillai will control music department. This will be sidharth harathan’s second film. His first film was ‘Nidra’ starred by himself and Rima kallingal was a failure at box office even though the film has got good appreciation from the critics. This time, with popular actor Dileep in his Bag, he hopes to deliver a commercial film which will have all the ingredients to be a commercial success.
Mean while the heroines of the film are also on a High note with successes in their bag. Vedika who has made her debut in mollywood with dileep in the film named ‘Sringaravelan’ had already become very popular in south India with the great success of her recent Tamil film ‘Kaviya Thalaivan’ in which Prithviraj and Sidharth done the male leads and directed by national award winning director Vasantha Baalan.
Her first film Sringaravelan with dileep was also a big success in Box office and her upcoming release is ‘Cousins’ directed By hit maker Vysakh in which Kunchacko Boban and Indrajith doing the male leads. Cousins is a big budget film and she had high hopes on it. And the other heroine Anusree also coming fresh from a surprise Hit. Her last film ‘Ithihaasa’ in which a lot of newcomers were introduced in to the industry was a surprising hit in Kerala and now the remake rights of the film has been bought by none other than Ulakanaayakan Kamal Hassan. Anusree’s character in Ithihaasa was well appreciated and the role was such that it had become a turning point in her career as she was almost type casted before ‘Ithihasa’.
It is official now. Ajay Devgan will play the key role in the Hindi remake of Malayalam blockbuster movie Drishyam. Jeethu Joseph who engineered the original movie broke the news to public. Drishyam was revised in different languages such as Telugu and Kannada. Both the original and the remakes reaped gold at box office.
Jeethu Joseph is focusing on the Tamil version of the movie ‘Paapanasham’. Kamal Haasan plays the protagonist in the movie. Jeethu Joseph granted Manorama online an interview during the International Film Festival and announced that Paapanasham will have its release in the first half of the next year. We are likely to come across minor changes in the Tamil version of the movie. For instance, while Mohanlal appeared as a Christian in the original, Kamal Haasan will represent a Hindu Nadar in the remake.
However, Tamil movie will not have any other major changes. Jeethu Joseph remarked that the most fascinating factor about the movie is the contrasting acting styles of Mohanlal and Kamal Haasan. He said it was a wonderful experience to witness two legendary actors doing the same character in two different ways, leaving the mark of their own on the character.
When it comes to the Hindi remake, there were rumours that Saif Ali Khan may do the central character in the movie. However, the rumour can be put to rest now that Jithu himself has made the public announcement that Ajay Devgan is booked to play the central character. Jeethu Joseph will not get involved in the movie as the director. They had approached Jeethu Joseph but he could not commit to the project since he is busy with other movies. It is said that the Hindi version will undergo modification in the plot.
While the original story is build upon the eldest daughter of the protagonist, the Hindi version will have his sister as the prime focus. It would be a welcoming change for Ajay Devgan after doing the action movies like Singham. As for Jeethu Joseph, he will commence shooting for the next movie in December with Dileep in the lead role.
