Naragasooran trailer on the way; Here’s a new poster!
23-year-old Karthick Naren’s Naragasooran is one movie that is eagerly awaited by the Tamil cinema audience. The director’s debut film Dhuruvangal 16 was a smashing hit that went on to be talked about all across the South. For Naragoosaran, the youngster has assembled popular actors like Arvind Swamy, Indrajith, Sundeep Kishan, Shriya Saran and Aathmika. The movie, which has been in the making for nearly a year, is finally gearing up for release.
Naragasooran’s much awaited trailer will be released on August 1. A new poster featuring all the lead actors was unveiled today in social medias. Naragasooran is touted to be a dark and emotionally intense suspense drama. The movie comes with the tagline ‘The tale of a fallen demon’. Malayali actor Indrajith, who is making a comeback to Tamil cinema after a long gap is playing a police officer’s role in the movie.
Karthick Naren’s debut directorial Dhuruvangal 16 was a sleeper hit. The whodunit thriller starring Rahman in the lead emerged as a big sucesss, both critically and commercially. The director won widespread appreciation for his work, which was in stark contrast to the contemporary run-of-the-mill thriller films. So naturally, Naragasooran has high expectations among the audience.
Karthick has retained almost the same set of technicians from D16 for his new movie. Sujith Sarang is wielding the camera and Sreejith Sarang is in charge of the edits. Oppam and Maya fame Ron Ethan Yohaan has been roped in to handle the music department.
