Alphonse Puthren had a script ready for Thala Ajith

Alphonse Puthren is one of the most easygoing celebrities in social media. He is very friendly with his followers and always takes time from his busy life to reply to their queries.

Recently, Alphonse was asked by one of Tamil superstar Ajith’s fans, whether he is interested in making a movie with Thala Ajith. Alphonse, who is a self confessed diehard Thala fan had an interesting story to share. Here’s his comment,

I remember me and my friend IB Karthikeyan waiting for 3 hours in front of #Thala Ajith Kumar’s home ….nine to ten years ago when I was studying in S.A.E college Nungambakkam. Couldn’t meet him then nor till now. The wait might be for the best film…I’ll wait till the Neram comes in my life to do a film with him. May be i have to prepare more as a director to deal a great actor like him. That story which I wrote was not that interesting after I saw the film called “Once upon a Time in America” A Sergio Leone film. My story was the most horrible version of that film . So I chucked the Idea.. And the title was ” Aappu” – 100 percent return guarantee.” (sic)

It will be interesting if Alphonse can develop a story that will excite a big star like Ajith. Let’s hope he can come up with something like that one day. Meanwhile, the director is busy with the pre-production works of his third movie after Neram and Premam. It will be his first straight Tamil movie and more details will be announced in the coming days.
