Accused one is a Malayali boy in Puli teaser leak issue

While Puli teaser is making records in YouTube and creating weaves among the fans of Ilaya thalapathy Vijay the issue of its teaser leak also making news in the headlines of online media pages and in social media circles. We have already reported that the one behind this teaser leak was arrested by the Chennai police just a day after the teaser leak and it was a youngster named Mithun who was working in the mixing department of Four Frames Studios Chennai where the mixing of Puli had took place.

Now the latest on the issue is coming out that the accused one Mithun is a Malayali boy and he did that act to become a hero in front of his friends. Mithun is the son of Violinist Murali Sithara and on his father’s request to M R Raja Krishnan who is the chief audio engineer of the Four Frames Studio he joined the studio for an internship. It was only 15 days since he arrived at the studio for internship and at that time the post production works of the film Puli has been going on there.

Mithun’s duty was to see and study the editing and mixing of the film. But when the director and other played the final stereo of the teaser Mithun had recorded it using his mobile camera from behind and forwarded that teaser through Whatsapp to his friends and relatives. No one in the studio had noticed this at all. Next day when the video become viral as per the complaint given by the financers of the film police investigated the matter and came to arrest Mithun at Four Frames.

Mithun is a die- hard Vijay fan and he may be did this to become a hero in front of his friends and relatives. If there is any other reason behind this, then it have to be investigated by the police says Raja Krishnan. Anyway from now on mobile phones are prohibited in studio when post production works are going on there and also they decided not to give anyone any class or internship from now on.

It seems that after Mohanlal and Mammootty it is Nivin Pauly has more upcoming films in his kitty and a very busy schedule is waiting for him in the coming months. He has a lots of projects to complete and in that some great projects also waiting in the wings for this young star. The success of Premam had given him such a wonderful time in his career that now he can pick and choose and may dictate his terms as well in the coming days.

The upcoming projects of Nivin Pauly are hopeful ones for Mollywood as well as his films are the one which makes the money bells ringing at box office of Kerala bringing a new energy to the cash register of Mollywood Box office. The film in which he is currently working on is his own production and it is his first ever production as well. He has a partner too in production and it is director Abrid Shine who had made the last year’s success staring Nivin Pauly title 1983.

This time the team is joined hands fir an action film which will have comedy as well and the film is titled as Action Hero Biju in which Nivin Pauly will play the role of a cop and he is doing the role of an action hero also for the first time. This will be getting ready for his grand Onam release this year.

Then comes a film named Amar Chithra Gadha which will be conceived by Vinay Govind who is popular for his film starred Asif Ali and Aju Varghese title Kili Poyi. After this flick Nivin has project which will be directed by Jude Antony Joseph after their success with their first outing Om Shanti Oshana and the most anticipated project of Nivin is his association with Master craftsman Lal Jose as he is doing a hero role in a Lal Jose film after a cameo he had done in Lal Jose’s Vikramadithayn last year.

Unni Mukundan is a young actor who is quite popular now among Malayalee audience. Unni made his entry into Mollywood with the film Bombay March 12 directed by Babu Jananrdhanan in which he shared screen space along with Mega star Mammootty. It was in the year 2011 and for his first film itself he got the best male debutant award given away by Asianet and also got SIIMA award for the same category as well. Unni Mukundan proved his acting talent and announced his arrival with the very first film of his Mollywood career.

Later he done some films like Bangkok Summer and Thalsamayam Oru Penkutty. But the film which turned his career and made him a popular young star was Mallu Sngh conmceived by Vaisakh and it was a super success. He shared screen space with Kunchacko boban in that film in which he played the title role. The success of that flick really made him popular among Malayalees like any other young actor and really set up a platform for him to build his career to another level. But later some films he had done has nothing to offer to him and to the audience much and it seemed that this talented actor is losing his track.

But Unni Mukundan took a clear break and back with a bag with the success of Vikramadithayn helmed by Lal Jose in which he played the male lead along with Dulquer Salmaan. It was really a fresh and rejuvenated Unni Mukundan and from there he really began to choose wisely. He had seen again with Mammootty in Fireman which was a different role for him as a fireman. It was well appreciated as well.

Now Unni Mukundan is slowly and steadily coming to the main frame of the Mollywood young brigade and the next film of his will be a big step in that. Yes, it is KL10 Pathu conceived by debutant Muhsin Parari which is been financed by Lal Jose’s LJ films one of the best production and distribution company in Mollywood. The teaser of the film is already out and receiving great appreciation. The talk in the industry is that if the film becomes a success that will be the entry ticket of Unni Mukundan to the top league of young stars in Mollywood.

Nivin Pauly is now the hot topic among malayalee audience and he really deserves that as well. No other actor in our industry has been successful in recent times as Nivin pauly who has been on a success streak for almost last one and half years. All those success were not just a success but successes which created big impact in the industry as well as among the audience. And the latest one Premam is on the way to break several records in mollywood and many people wonders how this guy can create such an impact even in such an early stages in his career.

But success is not always comes with sweetness alone. It also brings with it some bitterness as well. The same is happening here as well in the case of Nivin Pauly. The unexpected stardom had made a lots of haters for him as well mainly due to the idiotic comparisons made between him and legendary Mohanlal by so called Nivin Pauly fans who sprouted here and there after the recent success of the actor. Also they compared him with many other actors who were far more popular and experienced than him and it had really made some section frustrated as they felt that some hits cannot make him an actor or star better than the already proved ones and these comparisons are immature and idiotic.

But now some reports are coming in from the industry that there is some foul play going on against Nivin Pauly from behind the curtain. Some people are trying to pull him down and it was just like that which happened against Prithviraj while he was going through a winning streak. The recent fake news spreading against the upcoming film of Nivin Pauly named Action Hero Biju was a part of this as per reports and another serious issue also popped days back. The pirated print of the film Premam is in the market which says that it is a censor copy. It can come to the market from only four sources and they are producer, director, editor and censor board members. It is hard to think that it may have come out from the hands of director and producer of the film. Editor is also out of the question as director Alphonse Puthren is the editor of the film as well.

Now the only remaining source is censor board and to get a copy from them needs strong hold among high authorities in the industry as well as in the censor board. That really creates an air of doubt regarding the foul play to pull down Nivin Pauly from where he is. We don’t really know about the authenticity of the news as it is coming as only a rumour. But something is rotten somewhere for sure.

32aam Adhyayam 23aam Vaakyam Review

32aam Adhyayam 23aam Vaakyam is the last Friday release in Mollywood directed by the debutant duo of Arjun Prabhakaran and Gokul Ramakrishnan who also happens to be the writers of this flick as well. The film has famous Television anchor Govind Padmasoorya and Miya in lead roles who plays the characters of Freddie and Aan respectively. They are playing husband and wife in this flick.

The film tells the story of some mystery and problems happening in the life Freddie and Aan after Freddie came back from America to celebrate his first wedding anniversary. He come across a book during that time which really turns their life and so many mysterious incidents and problems began to happen in his life and the book provides the answer for all that as well. The content of the book is a key to unfold all the mystery in his life and the book has some biblical connection as well. The crux of the plot is that how he deals with the problems, faces the reality and how Freddie and Aan resolves it at last. The title itself shows the importance of that book in the film and the film moves in the format of a mystery thriller.

But sad to say that the film which begun as a decent one ended up as a failure. Most part of the film the writer-director duo failed to keep up the intensity of the story and the performance of the male lead Govind Padmasoorya was not at all raised up from a below average mark as he really struggled to be Freddie and to keep up the intensity that character demand. A better choice of actor may be lift that-end of the film a bit that was not happened here.And above all this flick is almost an exact copy of the Hollywood film named Number 23 starring Jim Carrey which is directed by Joe Schumacher. That english film is a dark mystery thriller released in 2007.And the Malayalam version not even justify a single portion of the original one and it really made the original one look more better than it actually is.

Miya and actor Lal had nothing to do much in the film and the dialogues in the flick was too dramatic and sometimes dull to say the least. The twist and turns they are created were just damped squibs as they not at all evoked any thrill for the audience at all. The music by Biji Pal was the only saving grace for the film and we will not recommend you to watch this flick as it was indeed a disappointing experiment that will not worth your money.

Mohanlal all set to announce surprising projects

Mohanlal is always a man of surprises or a source of wonder for Malayalees. For Malayalees if we ask what is the 8th wonder in this world for them majority will answer that Mohanlal is that wonder for them and he indeed a wonder with his acting skills, the influence and impact he had on people here and his down to earth behavior that which make this wonder our most loved brother. Mohanlal had took a decision this year that he will only act in those films who comes to him with fully completed scripts and he will not encourage the method finishing up script while the shooting was going on or at the last minute of the scheduled time of the beginning of filming.

He is going by his decision with full clarity and as the result he already surprised us with the starting of some projects which was not in his schedule this year. First one was Loham directed by Ranjith which is up for an Onam release. He committed the film rather surprisingly. Then another one was Kanal which is in its filming stage now and will come to you all in Deepavali season. It had earlier planned to start this year last. But the script was got completed rather quickly and he liked it too. So he pushed some unfinished scripts further forward and started Kanal in last May. Mohanlal pushed Puli Murugan forward because of the unfinished pre production works of that film.

Now we have no clue whatsoever which film he is going to start next after Kanal. We had got some interesting projects which may come as a surprise in the next few months of Mohanlal’s schedule. One is a project which will be directing by Madhupal which was in the pipeline for almost a year. There is a project with B Unnikrishnan which is announced some days back and reports says that a Major Ravi directorial family film also can make come to his schedule this year.

His friend and master director Priyadarshan also all set to come up with a project and the script of which is almost in its final stages. Projects of people like Lal, Lal Jose, I V sasi, Jeethu Joseph also there for him which may start anytime as per reports. There is also news about his tamil film along with Kamal Haasan as well.

Only few days back that the much awaited video of the “Malare” song from the film Premam has arrived in YouTube and it has got a wonderful reception. The video had become viral through online medias and social medias like Facebook and Whatsapp. It had created so much buzz among the malayali audience and it is undoubtedly the biggest hit among the songs released in last few years.

The Malare song had created record in fastest Mollywood film song video to cross 5 lakhs viewers in YouTube and it has reached almost 6 lakh views by the time the copyright issue popped up and the video was removed from its official channel. Even though the video is still available in many unofficial YouTube channels and also spreading through Whatsapp the removal of the video from the official channel means that it will lose all that number of record viewers and that record as well. The copyright of the music of the film Premam was bought by Muzik247 and it was due to something related with the copyright issue including them that the video has been removed from the official channel.

The character of Malar played by Sai Pallavi is the one which become the most popular part of this film and the song which portray Malar’s love relationship with George played by Nivin Pauly made the video the biggest hit of the year. The music director of the film is Rajesh Murugeshan.

The Malare song was written by Shabareesh Varma and sung by Vijay Yesudas. The fans of this song was really disappointed after the removal of the song as they know that the record which the song made in YouTube views from now on will be an old story which does not exist. Ranjith – Mohanlal, two names which refers to the best in their respective fields in Mollywood. Mohanlal is unarguably the best actor and biggest star Mollywood has ever seen and Ranjith who emerged as the best director of the last decade in Mollywood. Renjith already proved himself as a terrific script writer years ago and later he made his entry to the field of direction with a Mohanlal starrer super success Ravana Prabhu which conceived in his trademark style of action. Ranjith is one of the writers who had really made great use of Mohanlal as an actor as well as a mass crowd puller who is best in that aspect as well here.

But he after 2006 turned his back against those films began to write and direct some class and real subjects which really made Malayalam cinema proud and most of them were real classics which even got appreciated in the national level. His films like Kayyoppu, Thirakkadha, Pranjiyettan and the saint, Paleri Manikyam, Indian Rupee, Spirit etc were those kind of films and some of them like Indian Rupee and Spirit were success at box office too.

But his last few films like Njan, Kadal Kadannoru Mathukkutty etc were box office failures and may be because of that this time he had roped in Mohanlal in his film which will be a an action thriller, a genre which he avoided for almost 7-8 years. This itself makes it exciting to wait for the audience as Mohanlal-Ranjith team again joining for a mass action thriller which tells about the gold smuggling.

Mohanlal has the famous twirled moustache look in this flick and his character name said to be Raju who is a taxi driver. His meeting with a passenger Jayanti played by Andrea Jerremiah and a mission of theirs making the crux of the plot which has some flash backs as well even though the story going through the incidents happening on a single day.

The film will have Ajmal Ameer in a key role who acted as Mohanlal’s brother in the mega hit named Madampi. The film is all set to grace the screens of Mollywood on August 20 distributed by Maxlab release and financed by Ashirvad Cinemas.

Mammootty-Jeethu Joseph to team for the first time

A big news is doing the rounds in our Malayalam film industry which says that Mega star Mammootty to team up with super hit director Jeethu Joseph for the very first time in his career. Even though the news is not yet confirmed by anyone the news from the sources says that the project is very much on. Jeethu Joseph is busy with his upcoming project starring Dileep named Life of Josootty and Mammootty is also busy with many projects like Utopyayile Rajavu by Kamal which is filming now, White by Uday Ananthan, Akhil Paul project etc. And flicks like Pathemary by Salim Ahammad and Acha Din by Marthandan is in the post production stage as well.

Jeethu Joseph had also committed many projects after the unbelievable and out of the world success of his last film with Mohanlal in the lead named Drishyam released in 2013. There was news that Jeethu joseph had went to Mammootty first with the story of Drishyam but Mammootty not shown much excitement in it and later he went to Mohanlal who was pretty much excited to do that film as soon as possible and the rest is history.

Jeethu had worked with actors like Mohanlal, Prithviraj, Suresh Gopi, Dileep, Kunchacko Boban etc and if this projects happens it will be his chance to work with Mammootty as well. It is a dream for every director in Mollywood to work with Mohanlal and Mammootty and Jeethu had full filled one part of that dream by working with Mohanlal and that become the greatest ever hit our industry has ever seen. And now the second part of that dream is to work with Mammootty and report suggests that it will happen very soon.

Jeethu had already said that he had projects for Prithviraj, Mohanlal and a female oriented subject for Kavya Madhavan as well in an interview not so long ago. So this project with Mammootty may be a next year last project or a 2017 project as well. And as report says Jeethu will not be the writer of this flick and it will be by a newcomer. Life of Josootty also is written by Rajesh Varma not Jeethu Joseph.
