Utopiayile Rajavu coming with great hopes on this August 27

The Kamal film named Utopiayile Rajavu in which Mega star Mammootty plays the lead character named CP Swathanthran is all set to hit the screens on this coming August 27th. It said to be a film which follows the path of a satire. Utopiayile Rajavu is financed by Haseeb Haneef and Noushad Alathur under the banner of Grand film corporation. The flick will be distributed by Mammootty’s own film company named playhouse release and Mammootty is joining hands with Kamal after the gap of 9 years and their last outing was the film named Karutha Pakshikal which has released way back in the year of 2006.

Utopiayile Rajavu had completed its shooting in the locations of Thodupuzha and Trivandrum. Television anchor Jewel Mary playing the lead female role in this film and her character name is Uma who is an activist in the story of the flick. As you all know she is the one who was the female lead of Mammootty’s film Pathemary which was helmed by Salim Ahammad and the film is not yet released. It was her debut film as well. The other artists who worked along with Mammootty and Jewel mary in this film are Sreekumar, Indrans, Sunil Sugada, Joy Mathew, Pashanam Shaji (Saju Navodaya), etc.

Popular lyricist Rafeeq Ahammad wrote the lyrics for the tunes created by Ouseppachan for this film and its audio launch had took place a day before. PS Rafeeq, the one who is popular for his script for the Lijo Jose Pellissery film named Aamen had written the screenplay of the film and Mammootty is doing the role of a sculptor as per reports and it will be for the very first time in his career as well. Actor Joy Mathew playing the role of Mammootty’s father in this flick. The film is coming out with high expectations and fans of Mammootty had pinned their hopes on this one as his last film Acha Dhin was a disaster at box office.

According to reports the story line of the film is very unique and it will be treat for the spectators who wants fresh cinematic experience.

Puli has used more special effects than Baahubali

Ilaya Thalapathy Vijay starrer film Puli helmed by Chimbu Devan is all set to release all over the world on the 17th of this coming September and the audio of the film had launched last day as well. The songs of the film which was composed by Rock Star Devi Sri Prasad had getting great response from the music lovers and already entered the list of top hit songs of the year. The teaser of the film had also released few weeks back and generated great reviews from the fans of actor Vijay as well as from the film lovers who is waiting for the film eagerly.

Now the film is in its last stages of post production and reports coming in from the team says that Puli will have more scenes which had used the special effects or CGI than the magnum opus Baahubali which is running successfully all over the world now. Just like Bahubali, this flick Puli also focusing on telling a historical or period fantasy drama which needs a good amount of CGI work or special effects to make it look realistic as well as cinematic. And of course after the success of Baahubali the craving to see more and more historical fantasy drama among the spectators had increased.

Famous visual effect supervisor Kamalakannan is doing the VFX or CGI work of Puli and he said that Puli will have 2200 scenes which had used the special effects or CGI methodology. He said that when they enquired about Baahubali out of curiosity they come to know that Bahubali had used only 2000 scenes with CGI effect. The films like Eega, Magadheera etc has used CGI in 1200 and 1600 sequences respectively.

Kamalakannan also said that actually the flick had 2600 scenes which had special effects works and after editing they had trimmed it down to 2200 scenes with CGI works. Even in Baahubali many parts looks unrealistic as it was created through special effects and Puli team is trying their best to make it the best when comes to the special effects parts. This fantasy entertainer will have Vijay as a warrior and Sruthi hasan and Hansika motwani as his heroines.

Controversies around the film Premam not seemed to be over yet and another issue regarding the film had popped up today. The problem popped up today is not a new one but new version of the problem which has raised by director Kamal some days before for which he had to face severe criticism from the social media circles and also from eminent film personalities like Fazil. This one poppedup today seemed to be one which supports the view of Kamal regarding Premam.

The news which come today says that the district committee of all Kerala anti-alchohol organization had appealed for a ban on the film Premam and they said that this type of films will mislead young generation as well as growing children. Premam has many scenes which shows the lead characters using alchohol frequently and that too in college premises and shockingly in the classes too. The committee says that these type of scenes or the films containing these type of scenes has to be banned as it really sends a wrong message to the children and younger generation as well who may actually try to imitate these things in real life. That will be against our culture and it will also affect the moral sense of our society as well.

They also said that government has to come forward to ban these kind of films which have no social responsibility at all and that is a need of the time as well. The district president of the organization Mr.Haji Mahin Neroth was the one who presided the meeting. They also decided to start strike against the foreign liquor shop at Vaikom Muhammad Basheer Road from this month 30th and also on 14th of August they had decided to conduct a meeting in Memory of Professor M P manmadhan at Holy cross College.

Dignitaries like Professor T M Raveendran, Asharaf Chelatt, M Sasidharan, Chnadra Das Nenmanda, Poilil Krishnan, OD Thomas, M Kunji Ramanunni, Ramadas Pantheerakkavu, Abu annassery, Khalid Moodadi, OJ Chinnamma etc were made their speech in the meeting as well. Anyway Premam landed in real trouble right from the day the piracy issue had come up and it still haunting the film.

Aparna Gopinath to pair with Mohanlal for next Priyadarshan movie

Its for the first time Aparna Gopinath is about to pair with Mohanlal. Aparna will be playing the role of Mohanlal’s wife in this Priyadarshan movie. This will be a great opportunity and challenge for an actress like Aparna to perform with mollywood super star Mohanlal. As per latest reports they are about to hit the screen with a bang. The film is anticipated to be the most expensive movie ever in Malayalam film industry with a budget of 28 crore. The movie will be having Aparna Gopinath in its female lead along with the male lead Mohanlal. As reports says, the movie will be shot in Russia and the story revolves around a couple who reaches Russia in search of the brides mother. The movie will be a fair mix of great action and emotional sequences, says the crew. Prathap Pothen and Sasi Kumar will also be apart of this multilingual big budget product. The movie will also occupy some Azerbaijan actors along with Mohanlal and Aparna Gopinath.

Aparna has delivered her finest performance in Venu’s Mamootty starred Munnariyippu, and may be this could be the reason for Aparna’s luck to be a part of this huge project.Music for this movie composed by none other than Illayaraja. The movie is about to kick start in Baku, the capital of Azerbaijan, in October. More news are yet to be made avail soon and thus is time for a wait worth it.

SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus Baahubali reached the milestone of 500 crore with in a short, shortest span of just 24 days. The movie, which is said as the biggest motion picture ever from Indian cinema for its highest budget, hit the screens almost 3 weeks before. The movie was well received by the audience even with all the huge anticipation and expectation it created. Baahubali achieved one of the biggest opening ever and took the box office by storm. As one of the most creative and skillful director SS Rajamouli presented a spectacular extravaganza with its epic note on screens and was almost beyond every Indian audiences expectations.

Bahubali, which is still running at 2000 screens all around the world is creating wonders in box-office and became the first Telugu movie to reach the height of 500 crore club. Even though a bilingual movie, which was shot in both Tamil and Telugu was also dubbed to many more languages including Malayalam. The movie starring Prabhas as Amarendra Baahubali is also the actors biggest hit ever. The stardom of Prabhas is well utilized throughout the picture through SS Rajamouli’s intelligent and entertaining craft.

In every way Baahubali is one of the finest and technically brilliant visual treat for every kind of audience.
